Pacote Alpensia Ski Resort All Inclusive, 3 dias e 2 noites, saindo de Seul

La experiencia fue increíble. Fuimos 3 personas, 2 de ellas principiantes absolutos. El viaje en autobús, el hotel (por cierto, un excelente desayuno buffet), los paquetes de esquí (alquiler de equipo y forfait) y la ubicación fueron bastante asombrosos. Un punto negativo fue que nuestro instructor de esquí fue un poco impaciente con los principiantes. Quizás fue una barrera del idioma (él es de Chile), pero nos dio la impresión de que no tenía paciencia para enseñar, especialmente a los estudiantes más lentos. Pero en general, creo que la experiencia valió la pena y la recomendaría encarecidamente.

I enjoyed the trip. There was a slight hiccup at the start, before the trip, regarding communication over Telegram with the local operator, but Klook assisted with this. Rental of ski clothes, gloves, and helmet were all provided. Full three-day access to ski equipment and the ski lift was a huge plus (you can ski to your heart's content during the morning, afternoon, and night). I went in January 2026, and the slopes were not crowded, with minimal queue time at the ski lift. The stay was at IC with a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

It's rare to find such an all-inclusive package at this affordable price! It wasn't really a "tour with a guide," which we appreciated as it gave us the freedom to do whatever we wanted during the 3 days and 2 nights. Staff will not contact you prior to the tour, so show up at the location you selected for pick-up, and there will be staff to verify your details. Upon reaching the hotel, staff will issue a voucher book, which includes ski equipment and clothing rental (KEEP the exchanged card for 3 days and only return everything on the last day to avoid hassles). Lastly, all the service staff are EXTREMELY friendly; you'll feel very safe and have lots of fun. The hotel breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from! I can't wait for my next trip already :)

I had an amazing time at the InterContinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the ski slopes. I loved the ski facilities, and the resort was perfectly located for all the winter sports activities, including the water park. The food at the resort’s restaurant was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the warm, cozy ambiance after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was the slightly higher price for food and drinks, but overall, the experience was well worth it. Our guide, Jhisma was awesome too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience a luxurious winter getaway!

The package is very helpful for first-timers. My daughter and I had a great time. The tour guide, Rin, was very kind and assisted us with photos and ski gear.

Worthwhile package. All-inclusive and hassle-free. Breakfast and rooms were great too. Had lots of fun and I love how convenient everything was. Highly recommend!

Todo salió a la perfección de principio a fin. Recomendado si buscas y necesitas un paquete todo incluido. Felicitaciones a los guías y a todas las personas que se pusieron en contacto con nosotros en el autobús y una vez que llegamos al resort.

The whole package is really good value- with even seasonal free gifts. However perhaps because they run so many of these tours, the agency fails to understand the consumer. I received no instructions until later the evening prior. That’s fine for a day trip but for a 3-day trip, I was afraid I wld end up on the streets. Luckily I got my hotel to ring the agency. When we got there, there was a lot of scattered info thrown at us, we pretty much had to piece together it together ourselves. The intro lesson was more a ski ‘experience’ than teaching how to ski, because the class was too big. We weren’t even taught basic safety instruction like how to stop and fall/recover safely from a fall. Overall if it isn’t your 1st time skiing, the package is worthwhile because you get everything you need to just start skiing, and you can do more than just sk afterwards. But if not, be prepared for frustration. I am still waiting for the photos the guide took and promised to give us…
