We had a marvellous outing and spent a great day in family. the van was on time at the hotel and agent very responsive. a driver who can communicate in English would have been great but managed through google translator.....the driver brings us to a very nice restaurant and the food was awesome.
Der Fahrer war pünktlich, höflich und das Auto war sauber. Am Rawai Beach gab es nicht viel zu unternehmen, außer dass der Teil mit dem Fischmarkt schön war und der Preis angemessen.

The guide, Mr. Big, is very kind and patient. He helped my mom get in and out of the van. My mom's legs are very weak. I will definitely book from Klook again.
The driver was incredibly kind and dedicated! They recommended the most suitable tour to match my airport schedule, and the traditional restaurant they introduced was excellent.
The driver doesn't speak English and couldn't recommend an itinerary, which is a slight drawback, requiring more self-preparation. However, the driver was very polite, friendly, and punctual. I would still recommend him to friends.
It was absolutely the worst. The driver was on the phone non-stop, and when not on the phone, they were texting. They were even on the phone when we were getting out. I use Klook every time I travel, and this is the first time I've had such an experience. I'm truly disappointed.
Driver came on time and brought us to Rawai Beach. The dolphin show was really fun and superb.
