Great charter option! We opted also for a tour guide with the driver and they were both amazing. Heng and Bat were both so nice. Even though it was intermittently rainy on our tour they still took us around and gave us some insight to local culture and history. Would definitely recommend this charter if you want to explore Phuket at your own pace!

This TTD Car company has a very good customer service. They have shown empathy when I made a mistake with my location. We were exhausted from a morning flight coming from Bangkok so I didn't realize we are staying in Patong (or maybe I forgot). They recommended to adjust the timing as the driver went to a wrong location that I clicked, I really thought I had already lost 1 hour of our trip but they were flexible and considerate.... We went to different places, first was the Karon viewpoint, I like the view, then to Promtep Cape, I can stay there the whole day, it's my favorite. Other places were Wat Chalong, Old Town and Rang Hill where we saw cute monkeys. The driver is Bat, a very quiet person but drove smoothly, we told him we want to have lunch, he took us to a nice local restaurant with a nice view. We were happy and took lots of photos during the trip.

The driver arrived punctually and used Google Translate to communicate with us from Thai to English. Although he didn't speak English well, he was a very nice guy and patiently waited for us throughout our entire trip. As it was raining on the mountaintop today, we only managed to visit the Big Buddha and eat at Chalong and Jungceylon. It was a very memorable trip in Phuket.

Mr. Ahn provided excellent service. He took us wherever we wanted to go and showed us sights we weren't aware of. Having a private vehicle to take us around was relaxing and convenient because we could create our own itinerary. Thank you for the service.

Our driver was excellent. We were five minutes late, and he understood that we were coming from a ferry. We had some changes to our itinerary due to the time schedule, but everything went smoothly.

El conductor llegó tarde debido a un malentendido con Klook sobre la organización del coche, ya que pagamos un precio más alto por un SUV. Le dijimos al conductor, Gib, los lugares que queríamos visitar. Aunque no sabía hablar inglés, usó el Traductor de Google para comunicarse con nosotros. Nos esperó en cada lugar donde nos dejó. However, because we were traveling with children and our pace was slower, we flexibly adjusted the itinerary. This is also the advantage of a customized private car tour. In the end, we visited the viewpoint, the Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, Old Town, and the waterfall, completing our fulfilling day.
