We had an amazing experience at YEINBANG Hanbok Rental! The hanboks truly felt premium, elegant, and very eye-catching — definitely different from the usual rentals we saw around. The designs, colors, and details made us feel like royalty while walking around the palace grounds. What made the experience even more memorable was the photographer. He was incredibly kind, patient, and fun to work with. As a couple who are honestly not very good at posing, he guided us with awesome poses and made us feel comfortable throughout the shoot. The photos turned out so natural and beautiful!

First time trying on Hanbok! The owner was very professional. After I told her I liked Hanbok styles (IU, Scarlet Heart), she immediately put together a style that suited me. Although we communicated entirely in Korean, I could feel her kindness. Most people on the street were wearing princess or queen styles, so I was happy not to have a matching outfit. I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance! 😻

Super love this hanbok rental! Trust me! If you want premium hanboks that don't look cheap and if you are really serious about looking like the ones in Kdrama! This is the place to go! I highly recommend!! The staff are nice. You can mention which Kdrama you want to copy. For me, I said I wanted to be the King. They provided the boots and a premium belt just like in the Kdrama. Other stores don't have premium belts and are sometimes those cloth belts only (not like in Kdrama). They also do hairstyling together with their package for ladies!! Can even do those accurate Joseon queen hairstyles!!

The quality of the hanbok is different from other cheaper ones, but it's a one-person studio, so it's recommended to arrive at 9 AM with the first group to avoid a long wait! All prices are final, with no additional charges except for makeup and photography! They are very good at color matching, so it's recommended to save a few preferred styles to show them before you go, which will make the matching process more efficient. This place is a very quick walk from Changdeokgung Palace! And if you wear a hanbok to Changdeokgung Palace, you don't need an entrance ticket! Children's sizes are also well-stocked.

You get what you pay for! The hanbok at this shop are truly exceptional! My wife and daughter both chose outfits inspired by Dae Jang Geum, and we didn't see anyone else wearing the same style at Changdeokgung Palace. Just as other reviews mentioned, many tourists actively asked to take photos with us; wherever they went, there were basically many tourists looking at them. Furthermore, the dressing process was very meticulous, and they were willing to spend a lot of time with each customer. We had an 11 AM reservation, and from 11 AM to 12 PM, it was genuinely just the three of us. They put a lot of effort into designing the hairstyles and accessories, especially. I truly feel this was the most memorable traditional costume experience.
