Miyakojima: Excursão noturna ao céu estrelado e à selva tropical do sul

Many thanks to Ken-chan for providing us with an unparalleled experience! Our family of three signed up, and it included round-trip transfers! There were also seven or eight other participants, mostly Japanese! It was clear that everyone loved insects and stargazing! Our guide, Ken-chan, is a very professional and handsome guy! He also speaks English! He led us to see plants, small lizards, geckos, butterflies, spiders, cicadas, coconut crabs, stick insects, and praying mantises on Miyakojima, providing very detailed and thorough explanations! In the latter half, he showed us the starry sky, including the Summer Triangle in the Northern Hemisphere, and the moon and Venus were very close together! The sky full of stars was beautiful! Ken-chan also took time-lapse photos for each group that signed up. If you come to Miyakojima, you must sign up for this experience; it will definitely leave you with wonderful memories!

We booked a night tour with hotel pickup and drop-off! The guide arrived at the hotel entrance right on time! Our guide, Yuri, spoke excellent English. Unfortunately, we saw fewer species than usual because it was after a typhoon. But thankfully, the starry sky was beautiful! We also saw a coconut crab! Our group only had five Chinese people, so communication was very smooth, all in English! We learned that coconut crabs have different colors on different islands due to their diet! We also saw Japan's largest spider! Yuri's photography skills were excellent!

정글투어 5살 딸아이와 함께 참여했어요. 가이드 kenta 님과 함께했는데 아주 열정적으로 설명해 주셨어요. 일본어 베이스에 알기쉬운 영어로 해주셔서 딸아이에게 설명을 해줬습니다. 또한 도마뱀, 대벌레 , 코코넛크랩 등 한국에서 보기힘든 동물들고 집적 만져보고 체험 할수있어서 좋은경험이었습니다! ㅎㅎ

It's a wonderful trip. I had an amazing time tonight and stargazing tour in Miyako Island! The guide was patient and professional. We successfully spotted coconut crabs in the wild, and the starry sky here was absolutely stunning. This trip was totally worthwhile, highly recommend it to all visitors!

We had a wonderful day with our guide Ken on a night filled with falling stars :) He passionately took photos of us under the pouring starlight, haha. We also saw two coconut crabs, and he kindly explained every plant and insect to us, taking many pictures! From the moment we got into the car to the moment we returned home, it was so much fun! Ken is the best, haha, seriously, Ken is the best, better than anyone else, hehe, thank you!

Choosing the hotel transfer service was truly excellent value! The lady who picked us up was incredibly kind. We had forgotten our child's shoes at a restaurant, and she specially helped us call the restaurant to confirm and drove us there to retrieve them (so much gratitude!). The tour was also very interesting. The night tour allowed us to learn about local plants and insects (there were many insects!). Our guide was very enthusiastic and professional, providing detailed explanations for every insect and plant we encountered. The luckiest part was that our guide caught three coconut crabs! We were thrilled to see them and happy to take photos. I highly recommend this to everyone visiting Miyakojima! (Just a reminder: there are many insects! 😂)

the night tour was a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend to someone who loves nature and wildlife. Ken San and Misaki San are kind and friendly. We had great time.

가이드 Ken이 친절하게 거미며 도마뱀이며 설명을 잘 해주었고 대왕 코코넛크랩도 찾아주었어요. 작은 코코넛크랩들도 많이 보았습니다. 저는 남자친구와 함께 했지만 일행 중 아이들이 특히 호기심 가득한 눈으로 바라보는 것이 귀여웠어요. 아이가 생기면 함께 다시 하고싶은 좋은 경험이었습니다. 마지막 은하수 포인트도 정말 아름다웠어요. 삼각대를 들고 갔으면 은하수 배경으로 멋진 사진을 남길 수 있었을텐데 그것만 아쉽습니다.

I was very worried about whether the tour would be possible because it rained from the day before until the morning, but fortunately, the rain stopped before the tour, so it proceeded relatively smoothly. Overall, it was an excellent tour! Thanks to our guide, KEN, we were able to see coconut crabs and experience the Miyakojima ecosystem in depth. The guide communicated well and was very passionate! I highly recommend it! If you come to Miyakojima, I definitely recommend adding this to your itinerary!!

I 'strongly recommend' this tour, in a word. First of all, I felt confident from the start because they came to pick me up exactly at the promised time. During the tour, I lost track of time as I personally discovered various insects, including coconut crabs and lizards, and they were explained in an interesting way. The guide's English skills were far superior to those of regular hotel staff, so there was no frustration at all in communicating. In addition, thanks to their passionate efforts in taking wonderful photos that could be called 'once-in-a-lifetime shots,' I was able to create many precious memories. It was a very satisfying tour thanks to its rich content and the kind and professional guide. I definitely want to use this service again next time.
