The tour was comprehensive and covered both central and eastern Jeju. The tour is good for Korean locals as the driver mainly speaks Korean, although he was very helpful in informing me about the timing.

It's okay if you don't understand Korean, as you can still feel the highly professional explanations from the Korean driver-guide, and their voice is very pleasant. They will confirm the pick-up time in English. To avoid getting on the wrong vehicle or missing your ride, it's recommended to confirm your Klook itinerary, pick-up location, and time (with screenshots) via email with the Korean travel agency in advance. Overall, I really liked the arrangement of this tour – it was great! 👍🏻

The bus seats are comfortable, and all admission fees for attractions requiring tickets during the tour are included. However, this tour is primarily for local Koreans, so the commentary is only in Korean.

Insane value for money. We got to see a lot in one day, which is perfect if you are not in Jeju for a long time. We spent around an hour in each spot, but those who like to take their time may feel rushed. The East side seems to be the hardest to travel to without a car, so this itinerary is ideal for non-drivers. We enjoyed all the spots, especially ones that did not seem interesting beforehand. Bus was super comfortable. The guide was nice and did his best in English to make sure we understood meetup times. Even though we did not understand the Korean parts, we booked this mainly to hit the spots rather than learn facts/details. Snacks and water was provided, which was unexpected but very appreciated. Note: We did not get an email the day before or day of, but pickup/drop off was pretty easy - just follow timings and go to the location. We brought our suitcases as we had a night flight, so the airport drop off was so useful. Ensure you get on the bus on time. They don't wait around.

The bus seats were very comfortable. Besides my family, everyone else on the tour was Korean. The driver and guide only spoke Korean during the introductions, but they used a translation app to inform us of meeting times, so it wasn't inconvenient. All attractions requiring tickets were already included in the fee, which made it quite a good value.

The itinerary was great, and the driver was very enthusiastic. The only issue was that the booking instructions stated that tourists holding South Korean passports would not be accepted, yet everyone on the tour except me was South Korean. The driver gave the entire commentary in Korean, which is not suitable for tourists who don't understand Korean.

The guide didn't pick me up. First of all, that's Klook's issue for not showing the meeting place. They only showed the time, so you need to memorize what time indicates which meetup location. Second, there was NO reminder from the guide the night before. I contacted him early in the morning, saying I was at the airport waiting, and he did reply with the correct location (I was on the 1st floor). I waited for 30 minutes, and the bus was gone. He condemned me for suddenly changing the meeting place. I was like, you were answering my airport location, why didn't you voice out that I should meet him at Daiso, as that's what was in his system?! Up until now, I still can't understand what was in his brain, and he wasted my precious morning in Jeju settling all the refund and rebooking another tour for the next day. It's a basic sense of responsibility to make sure your guest knows the time and location. I've joined many Klook tours in different countries with different cultural backgrounds, and this has never happened before. Even after doing all the confirmations myself, it still failed, and it's super sad.
