The fruit buffet was pretty amazing with a good selection of good quality fruits. The spa was closed for men when we visited, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it was an overall relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Service was excellent from start to finish. Just be aware that all games and experiences need to be paid for. Unfortunately, it was much more expensive through Klook than it would have been if we went in person, so I was quite disappointed by this. Will go again but not through Klook.

Everything you can imagine is here... It's incredible to have all entertainment facilities in one place. There's absolutely no such store in Taiwan... truly unbelievable. Facilities include: a bar, cinema, relaxation rooms, hot springs, sauna, PS5 gaming rooms, chill-out private booths, capsule hotels, restaurants... the list goes on. Plus, with a minimum spend, you get free-flow drinks, ice cream, and fruit...
It's good, but not up to par. There are no vegetarian or vegan food options. Drinks are unlimited, but it's the same drink in different flavors. If you've already visited Busan Spa in South Korea, then don't visit this one. If not, then you should go once and pamper yourself.
Absolutely loved it! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Shanghai.
