It was my first time and I had a good experience! Thank you, guide, for helping me and Mum throughout, even though I don't know much Chinese, hehe! I fell twice! For those who have time and it's their first time, it's better to take an instructor! Don't fall twice like me! Self-taught, hahaha. Till next time!

Our team leader, Xiao Ran, was excellent, and the coaches taught very well. The guide was very meticulous and gave good instructions. The instructors were professional and able to cater to different learner needs.

The tour guide's explanations were detailed, and their voice was pleasant. They took us around the attractions, and we were very satisfied and happy. It was a worthwhile trip, and the introduction was also perfect. The entire tour was well-paced, and the time arrangement was reasonable. Highly recommended and satisfactory, with very detailed explanations. Very thorough, patient, and with a sweet voice. Recommended.

I had asked twice beforehand and was told that I could leave my luggage in the tour bus or rent a locker at the ski resort. I don't understand why tour guide Xiao P insisted that I must take it into a ski resort locker. The package I bought included ski clothing, but some people on the bus did not have ski clothing included. There were actually two places on the bus to choose ski clothing, but the tour guide's explanation was unclear. I have never seen such a terrible tour guide. She should have explained which group members needed to get off at the ski clothing pick-up point and choose their ski clothing. She didn't do this at all, causing us to get off at the wrong stop and lose an hour.

The ski resort is great, and the tour guide is very patient. Highly recommended!

There were many people on the slopes, with instructors teaching students to ski. They could have used the rightmost slope to avoid any danger. This experience was marred by too many people, and my family members even fell and got injured.
