The food at the restaurant is delicious, but Klook is terrible. The meal voucher they sell is significantly more expensive than the set menu in the restaurant. Klook sells it for over 1700, but the actual set menu redeemed at the restaurant is 298 RMB, meaning the value of the set menu we actually used was only a little over 1300. Moreover, buying this voucher doesn't guarantee a successful reservation; you still have to wait on-site. So, there's absolutely no need for us to specially pre-purchase an overpriced meal voucher on Klook! It's simply deceiving consumers.

I purchased my booking for Warehouse 3 for a Sunday dinner through Klook. We arrived at 4.45pm and took our queue number, as was suggested to reach early especially on weekend. Truly, it was so popular and we literally waited for about 3hr and 50mins before we were called in. We ordered the set for 3-4 pax through our booking. The food was normal imo, especially the roasted pigeon. As we have waited for so long, it natural for customer like us to expect certain quality or taste of the long awaited food, but it turned out to be "disappointing" and totally not worthy for the super long wait. So, i would not recommend for family to try it out. Given the long waiting time and price of the set meal, its totally not worthy and not recommended at all. Instead, other popular restaurants at Shanghai Nanjing would offer much better food at a lower cost. Thats my personal review on Warehouse 3.

On the second day of the Lunar New Year, we arrived early hoping to get a good spot for photos, and our wish came true! We had a wonderful meal and the setting was beautiful. 👍👍👍

Klookでの予約は、待ち時間がないことを意味しません。予約していたにもかかわらず、2時間待ちました。正直なところ、食べ物は平凡で、過大評価されていると感じました。雰囲気は良いですが、2時間並ぶ価値のあるものではありません。また、現地でのメニューセット価格はKlookよりも安かったです。KlookはKlookCashで差額を返金してくれました。

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Expressed we didn't eat fish and a whole fish turned up to the table. The food was mediocre. Restaurant looks nothing like the pictures online. Wait time is over two hours. Staff are rude. Food was pretty good. Just not worth it.

Waiting time is too long and tiring. The fish should be removed from the set menu. It ruins the fine dining experience.

We wanted to go the next day and rushed this booking, thinking we'd get priority seating. We should have read the reviews first. There's no advantage to booking online, as you still have to queue. What's worse, because we had already paid, we couldn't just skip it when told it would be a 2-hour wait. By booking a package, we lost the opportunity to order what we might have really wanted. Worst of all, the description showed "2 for 1," making us think we could choose two items in each category, when it should have read "Choose 1." The portions were large, and the food was delicious, but there's no need to book online, especially when you still have to queue.
