You will be picked up by shuttle bus near your hotel at 9:30 AM, then transferred to the BSI terminal to board the tour bus to Hvammsvik Hot Springs promptly at 10:00 AM. The return pick-up time at 1:30 PM allows for ample time.The atmosphere here is much more tranquil than traditional Icelandic hot springs, with significantly fewer people, allowing us to enjoy the hot springs with expansive views and a sense of relaxation. Additionally, due to the cold weather, I brought my own bathrobe and slippers.Drinks and restaurant food here are at your own expense. Furthermore, the staff here are very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the hot spring! The weather was great too. The experience was amazing, and the people at the counter explained everything well to us first-timers. The bus was convenient and seamless, and it was able to drop us off at whichever stop we preferred.

For the newly launched activity, the driver pick-up was punctual. After participating on 11/02, some details regarding the food and beverages were unclear, and as of today (11/06), Klook is still processing it. Upon entry, a sensor wristband is provided, which can be used to repeatedly open and close a private locker. You need to bring your own towel/bath towel or rent one on-site. The hot spring area has indoor and outdoor changing rooms, and the shower areas are either fully open or semi-open (simple partitions with unlatched, waist-high double swing doors at the entrance). Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers are provided on-site. All consumption within the hot spring area and at the restaurant can be charged to the sensor wristband, and payment can be settled upon departure. The open-air hot springs are right by the lake. Walking between the hot spring pools is barefoot, so be mindful of small stones on the path. We saw other visitors bringing their own slippers to wear when moving around. You can ask the staff on-site if wearing slippers is permitted upon entry.

Amazing experience, really enjoyed. Lots of time spent in the hot springs. Only about 45 minutes from Reykjavik.

I do not recommend using Reykjavík Excursions as a tour operator. Bad customer service, unfriendly staff, and poor communication concerning pick up times and points.
