De Osaka - Tour de um dia para esquiar/brincar na neve no Monte Rokko e Arima Onsen

The travel agency sent a message the day before departure to inform us that there would be 14 of us that day. They thoughtfully assigned us a Chinese-speaking guide, ensuring smooth communication. Our guide, Gino, has been in Japan for 9 years and is enthusiastic and friendly. He tried his best to resolve any requests we had. For example, my son returned his sled at Mount Rokko in the morning but wanted to play again in the afternoon. Gino helped us arrange it, even though he said it's usually not allowed. We left Mount Rokko at 2 PM and arrived at Arima Onsen at 2:30 PM, where we had a full two hours. We went to Taiko Onsen for a one-hour course, which was truly wonderful and enjoyable. I highly recommend Guide Gino and this travel agency! Thumbs up!

Guide is Sung Min who is very friendly and nice and gave good info, and his English is quite good. As I have read from other reviews about the artificial snow being a bit rough, I know what to expect. We were very lucky that it really snowed lightly in and off when we visited on 15 Dec morning so there was indeed real snow. It is a good day trip with sufficient time at snow park and onsen town. we chose to take only sled rides and it was enough for us to keep occupied. but we did hear good comments from another family who took ski lessons. we enjoyed the free foot bath and tried some snacks at Onsen town. time allocated was sufficient for both activities. would have liked to visit Kobe premium outlet but there is no such option for the period we travel.

This trip included skiing and hot springs. Tour guide Gino meticulously introduced each attraction and recommended delicious food. His skiing instructions were very clear, and he even helped students get familiar with the cable car routes and enthusiastically assisted them with skiing. We soaked in the hot springs first, but the tour guide also took us around the hot spring town and recommended great food, making this trip a perfect happy ending.

Mr. Nan, who served as our driver, tour guide, and ski instructor, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient in assisting us. On the day of the tour, there were only 9 participants (3 families), and we traveled in a Hiace van as a small group. The itinerary went smoothly, and we had ample time at the ski resort. However, as beginners, we didn't learn much beyond basic practice. Even with just that, our energy was depleted before the allocated time ran out. The temperature that day was around 15 degrees Celsius, and serious practice left us drenched in sweat. The visit to Arima Onsen felt a bit rushed; we had to walk up several steep slopes to reach Taiko-no-Yu. With a 2-hour stay, after deducting time for changing clothes, storing belongings, and walking to and from, we only had about an hour to actually enjoy the hot springs!

It was a great day trip. The meeting point in Dotonbori was easy to reach, and you could bring breakfast to eat on the bus. We stayed at the Mount Rokko Ski Resort for about four hours before heading to Arima Onsen. I recommend visiting Taiko-no-Yu, a large hot spring complex, where you can get significant discounts with your Mount Rokko Ski Resort ticket. You don't need to bring your own toiletries. The tour ended around 5 PM back in Dotonbori.

At first, I was a bit worried because I didn't see anyone at the meeting point for this tour. Luckily, 10 minutes before departure, the guide arrived. Our tour guide, Lully, is very helpful, charming, and kind. She explained everything in several languages, a truly excellent job! The view from Mount Rokko is beautiful. I felt very warm and comfortable at Amari Onsen.

第一次跟團學滑雪，滑雪教練也教得非常好，不停鼓勵大家不要放棄，最後我們一家大細基本都學識也能可以自己滑，Curtis 導遊在車上也講解行程地方介紹，也用不同語言翻譯，非常專業有善也很有禮貌，也幫團友照相。今次參加本團非常值得，推介大家。

私たちのツアーガイドは、スキーの仕方を教えてくれる間、とても親切で忍耐強かったです。スキーはとても楽しかったです。小さなお子様連れのご家族におすすめです。有馬温泉は子供向けではありませんでした。

導遊柯蒂斯很親切，教我們滑雪也很有耐心，還主動幫我們拍照留念，後來帶我們去泡湯，孩子的爸爸不想下去泡湯，柯蒂斯也很細心貼心的幫我們帶兒子進去泡男浴，孩子出來後開心分享了很多很多，真的很棒的體驗，值得分享
