O USP claro: Faça todos os 3—tonkotsu, shoyu e miso—lado a lado em uma sessão, para que você possa criar, provar e comparar como um profissional. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time! My daughter and I were looking for a rainy day activity and this was perfect! We learned how to make ramen noodles from scratch. We also made three types of ramen: shio, shoyu, and tonkotsu. Best of all, there were unlimited toppings, including marinated chicken that we blow-torched ourselves, corn, seaweed, bamboo shoots, and fish cakes! And we got to enjoy three delicious bowls of soup! This was such a great night, thank you so much, Runa! You are such a thoughtful and patient teacher!
I never thought I could have such a unique and authentic experience in Shibuya! The 90-minute workshop was incredibly fun, from kneading and stretching the noodles from scratch to cutting them with a professional noodle-making machine. Being able to grill chicken chashu and adjust the sauce and soup to my liking was also a great appeal. The best part was being able to make three types of ramen—tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso—all at once and then compare their flavors at the end. The instructor was very kind and explained everything in English, so even beginners felt at ease. Since it's a small group, each person receives careful support. The finished ramen was, of course, delicious, and the sense of accomplishment was outstanding. It's an experience I can confidently recommend to friends and family as a travel memory!
This was a wonderful family experience! Our 10-year-old had the best time and it really cemented his love for ramen. The broths were delicious and portions were very generous. We got to take some great pictures and learned a lot as well. 10/10!
This class was the best thing I did in Tokyo. The sensei explained every step clearly and made us laugh the whole time. Making my own noodles and chicken chashu felt surprisingly easy with their guidance. I left completely full and a lot more confident about ordering and eating ramen in Japan.
Tried a ramen-making class in Japan today and OMG… best decision ever. I came here ready to eat ALL the ramen, but making my own noodles?? Didn’t see that coming. I mixed the dough, rolled it out, cut the noodles, and then ate the ramen I made with my own hands. It felt kinda unreal—and honestly super fun. The first bite had me like, “Wait… did I really make this?!” If you’re visiting Japan and haven’t tried a ramen-making experience yet, seriously, add it to your list. It’s wholesome, delicious, and such a cool memory to bring home.
Excellent experience with the sensei, without a doubt the 3 ramen were delicious!!! I loved this experience!!
great fun, and tasty ramen (home made) for lunch. Good afternoon activity & learnt about types of broth/toppings. Thank you for helping take photos for us, meant we could just enjoy the class, but keep the memories
Super sjov aktivitet!
This is a great experience for anyone interested in or obsessed with ramen. The instructor is great and very knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way from rolling and making our own noodles to building each of our three bowls. Definitely check this out if you’re in the area.
