The one-day skiing trip was very wonderful. The service was careful and professional. We were contacted before the trip and received full and clear information about the schedule, locations, and what we needed to prepare. All the information was exactly the same as described on Klook. Billy took care of the whole trip and was also our ski instructor. He was very enthusiastic, patient, and always cared about the safety of beginners. After about one hour of instruction, I was able to ski by myself. I was still slow, but I knew how to control my body, keep balance, stay safe, and understand the basic skills needed for this sport. One very nice bonus was that before the lesson started, Billy took us to a café with a beautiful view. It helped us feel relaxed and comfortable before going onto the snow. Thank you, Billy, for your dedication and the great experience. We will definitely see you again next winter!

My first time skiing was beautiful and fun. The tour guide was very kind and explained everything clearly. I totally recommend the place and the experience. But go with the whole package instead of just walking past, haha :) include the ski lift.

Billy is an experienced and patient coach. Even though the lesson was supposed to be only one hour, he and his partner were willing to spend more time guiding and teaching the teenagers, and they actually managed to ski on their own. It was well worth the value. Billy offered to take us to eat chicken for lunch.

This was my son's and my first time skiing. Before we left, I found out through WS communication that the guide didn't speak Chinese, and I don't speak English, which made me a bit nervous. To my surprise, when we met, he first prepared a "Chinese Must-Read" for us and then patiently communicated with us using translation software throughout the entire process, which instantly put me at ease. I have almost no athletic ability and struggle with balance. The guide held my ski pole hand-in-hand, leading me slowly down the gentlest slope, teaching me how to brake with the simplest English and clear body language 😂. Going from being scared to daring to ski a short distance on my own was truly a great sense of accomplishment. When it was time to eat, he even proactively asked if we were hungry, took us to the restaurant, and made arrangements for us. He was very thoughtful throughout. The entire experience was very reassuring and warm. The guide was professional, enthusiastic, and patient, which was incredibly important for us as first-time skiers. I sincerely recommend him, five-star review!

Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a seamless, high-quality experience. Our guide, Jessica, was incredibly kind and taught us so much about skiing. 10/10 would recommend!

This was worth an experience! I had never been skiing before. The lessons were very helpful, even though I fell on my butt so many times there could be multiple buttprints of mine down the training slope. The guide was very helpful, and renting ski clothes was easy.

Steven is a patient, attentive and caring guide and ski instructor! We’re a group of beginners with zero knowledge about skiing and we were able to pick up the basic skill during this trip thanks to Steven! learning in a small group helps too! Some info/tips for fellow travellers (what we hope we knew): (1) for the less adventurous, skip the lift pass. We didn’t feel confident enough to attempt in the end thou we bought the lift package (2) bring your own ski face cover as it helps a lot when it gets too cold and windy, (3) bring a lanyard to hang your ski pass so you can just flash it easily without digging into your pocket every single time you take the conveyor belt, (4) ski glove cost 20,000won at the rental shop we were brought to, and 18,000won at Elysian ski. helmet (mandatory) cost 20,000won at the rental shop.

We took Elysian Gancheon Skil small group tour on 28 Dec 2025. It was our first time skiing. It was a great experience and we throughly enjoyed this trip. Billy our Driver, Guide and Trainer was super good and made us very comfortable. He was very good in teaching Skiing by the end of the day we could do basic skiing.

This was one of the best trips we planned. We really wanted to ski in Korea and it couldn't get any better then this. Our guide Billy was AMAZING! So cheerful, supportive and an amazing ski instructor. His helpful advice and tips really helped us enjoy the most of our time and get the hang out of it easier. His also very easy and fun to talk to sharing some of his fun amazing stories with us. If I could give him 6 stars I would :) I highly recommend giving this ski adventure a shot and I hope it puts as much of a smile on your face as it did for me and my mates.

Fizemos a viagem. O Billy foi muito eficiente a conseguir-nos os alugueres rapidamente e deixou-nos prontos em tempo recorde. Se quiser evitar as grandes filas das grandes excursões, esta é para si. O guia falava inglês perfeito e as suas instruções na pista eram facilmente compreensíveis.
