We traveled with a huge car, a kind and helpful driver, and received the best service! We even booked for the return trip to the airport.

The driver contacted me a day before to schedule the departure time. The communication was perfect. Yong Pyong was pretty far from Seoul. It was about 3 hours drive plus traffic during peak time. The resort was fine but the queue to get up was quite long. This package doesn’t include ski lift tickets so you have to purchase more. Clothes and ski gears was alright although it was a little bit old. Overall was great!

Our guide, Patty, was the warmest and friendliest person! She was able to hold a conversation and was always looking out for our well-being throughout the trip. The driver, Mr. Jay, was helpful and a skillful driver! The ski resort was beautiful, but the bidet was not turned on – inconvenient. The ski clothes center has a large variety of winter wear – however, my recommendation is for those on a private tour to have an area for themselves. On that day, there were also 3 huge buses there, and it took us close to 45 minutes to get our winter wear! But overall, a good experience!

Private transfer that was very punctual. Good that driver texted to confirm pickup time a day before and clear instructions were given. Car was clean and comfortable. We were able to rent helmets (no need goggles), purchase socks and gloves if needed. Elyian ski resort is very good for beginners and spacious. There was beginners slope, intermediate slope and advance slope to suit different needs. Sufficient space for everyone to learn how to ski safety. Food was delicious and cafeteria was huge which is important. Good package to consider if you have 4 pax, like privacy and flexibility.

The driver and guide were super helpful. Pickup, ski clothes and equipments, and transfer back were super smooth. However at the resort it all depends on the ski crowd (from the tour buses) and availability of ski instructors. We had to wait long time and didnt feel anything special coming from a private transport, compared from the regular tour buses. We skipped food (again, huge crowd) to enjoy skiing instead and returned back the equipments by 3:30pm with the help of the guide. Returned back to hotel in Myeongdong by 6pm thanks to our skillful driver, avoiding massive traffic jam. Overall a good experience for first time ski trip as a family.

Teacher Anna's instruction was very dedicated, and her English was also excellent. I learned everything in about an hour, and for the remaining time, I was free to enjoy other slopes (but the teacher said not to go to B). A very efficient skiing trip!!!

Der Fahrer und der Reisebus sind sehr nett. Der Fahrer war pünktlich und zeigte uns sogar weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Extremely professional coaches and drivers. Five-star ratings can't even express how satisfied I am with this experience. It was my first time in Korea and my first time skiing, and my satisfaction is off the charts!
