Giethoorn has a beautiful environment. The boat seats are a bit narrow but acceptable. The tour guide's commentary was excellent.

The instructions for the itinerary on the website were not detailed enough. It only stated the meeting time at "Tours & Tickets" without informing us that we needed to collect tickets there before going to another location to board the bus. There were no relevant staff waiting there. If a local friend hadn't felt suspicious and gone to the counter to ask, we might have missed the tour. It turned out that after getting the tickets, we still had to go up to the bus station on the next level to wait for boarding. It was truly terrible.
