We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Huahua, during our trip to Mt. Rokko. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and he made the whole journey easy and enjoyable. Since we were only two families on the tour, the day felt just right and personalized. The kids especially had a great time, and we appreciated that the other family chose to stay overnight at the onsen, which allowed us to head back to Osaka earlier than scheduled. It was a blessing, especially with the cold weather and how tired we all were.
huaHua was amazing. easily the best guide I’ve ever had and made my the whole process so easy for my family. we don’t speak Japanese so he translated but also went the extra mile the whole tour. couldn’t recommend enough

2/7參與 貴公司「六甲山滑雪+有馬溫泉」觀感極差，於有馬溫泉回程時預訂16:15發車，因客戶晚到遲至16:28發車耽誤行程，回六甲山滑雪場接客途中司機不熟路況跑錯山路，直到領隊罵出suck it off，司機才發覺開錯，導致大客車在狹窄山區道路上進行迴轉，來回倒車6-7次，後面就是山谷險象環生 回到六甲山後，因前面諸多因素領隊急著發車，竟然對著想下車上廁所的旅客面露不耐，更在如廁客戶還沒全部上車前，確認人數沒到齊時對車上乘客怒吼一聲「what？」後急奔下車並脫下領隊背心怒丟躑地上。 以上所述皆為事實，貴公司可以調閱行車記錄器佐證，ㄧ定看的到大客車在狹窄山路迴轉，也ㄧ定聽的到suck it off及what?怒吼聲 對於貴公司司機及領隊水準不敢苟同，我們出遊除了開心之外，最重要的就是平安回家，請不要讓我們一路提心弔膽，感謝
