We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Huahua, during our trip to Mt. Rokko. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and he made the whole journey easy and enjoyable. Since we were only two families on the tour, the day felt just right and personalized. The kids especially had a great time, and we appreciated that the other family chose to stay overnight at the onsen, which allowed us to head back to Osaka earlier than scheduled. It was a blessing, especially with the cold weather and how tired we all were.
HuaHua was amazing. Easily the best guide I’ve ever had and made the whole process so easy for my family. We don’t speak Japanese, so he translated, but also went the extra mile the whole tour. Couldn’t recommend enough.

On February 7th, our experience with your company's "Mount Rokko Ski + Arima Onsen" tour was extremely poor. On the return journey from Arima Onsen, the scheduled departure time was 4:15 PM. However, due to a late customer, the bus departed at 4:28 PM, delaying our itinerary. On the way to pick up passengers at Mount Rokko Ski Resort, the driver, unfamiliar with the roads, took a wrong mountain path. It wasn't until the tour leader shouted "suck it off" that the driver realized the mistake, leading to the large coach performing a U-turn on a narrow mountain road, reversing 6-7 times with a valley right behind, creating a dangerous situation. Upon returning to Mount Rokko, due to the aforementioned issues, the tour leader was eager to depart. They showed impatience towards passengers who wanted to get off to use the restroom. Furthermore, before all passengers who had gone to the restroom had reboarded, and upon realizing the headcount was incomplete, the tour leader angrily shouted "what?" at the passengers on the bus, then rushed off the bus, took off their tour leader vest, and angrily threw it on the ground. Everything stated above is factual. Your company can review the dashcam footage for verification; you will certainly see the large coach making a U-turn on a narrow mountain road, and you will definitely hear the "suck it off" and "what?" shouts. We cannot agree with the standards of your company's driver and tour leader. Besides having fun, the most important thing for us when traveling is to return home safely. Please do not make us worry throughout the journey. Thank you.
