One of the best choices for a Nusa Lembongan tour. Bali Hai's exclusive pier, waiting room, and Beach Club are unique and special. What's even more noteworthy is the option to walk on the seabed. I was able to experience a new discovery, different from scuba diving.

It was a nice experience... meeting different nationalities during the tour and exchanging hellos a little tidbits with them during our trip to the Lembongan island. Learning their way of life is like immersion even if for a few minutes. A great way to celebrate our post wedding anniversary. The Bali Hai cruise takes you to the Pontoon in the middle of the sea, where you can enjoy various activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, and a semi-submarine tour. An exciting and fulfilling day awaits.

The one-way boat trip takes two hours. The water at the waterslide, banana boat, and snorkeling spots is very cold and deep, making it unsuitable for non-swimmers. The banana boat was a bit boring, and the waterslide was fast and bumpy, with a sudden drop into the sea that made it easy to swallow water. Lunch was exquisite and delicious. The underwater walk was very special and perfect for non-swimmers. My mother enjoyed this the most on our trip. The instructor's photography was also very professional (requires additional purchase). Overall, the quality of the facilities and service was quite good, matching the high price.

It was a wonderful day filled with great experiences. From the boat ride to Lembongan Island, we were entertained, and upon arrival at the facility, there were many fun activities like banana boating and snorkeling. The Aquanauts experience was especially enjoyable. This was largely thanks to our excellent instructor, Gama, who spoke Japanese. He was incredibly helpful, especially when my wife got seasick, immediately checking in on her and assisting. Next time, I'd love to try scuba diving.

This is an excellent cruise, which is a must try in Bali ! The cruise has snorkeling, an amazing waterslide, a dive board and unlimited banana boat rides ! We also did parasailing and aquanauts for a price. The cruise has good food, pleasant and friendly staff and an overall great experience ! Would love to do it again ! They also pick you up and drop you off in a cute car.

I was very satisfied with the forward journey, but the information provided by Klook for booking was incorrect. Firstly, Klook stated that for the underwater walk, participants only needed to be nine years old. However, upon arrival at the pier for registration, it turned out that the underwater walk recommends participants be 10 years old or above and at least 140 cm tall. My daughter had just turned nine and was still a few centimeters short of 140 cm. The helmet for the underwater walk is quite heavy. Fortunately, the local staff were very helpful and placed a towel on my daughter's shoulders to make it more comfortable for her. However, once underwater, because of the towel on her shoulders, the helmet was not positioned correctly, and seawater surged near my daughter's mouth. This caused her to panic, and she gave up after only two or three minutes underwater. Therefore, I urge Klook to update the precautions, otherwise, similar situations to my daughter's might occur again in the future.

We went snorkeling, on a semi-submarine, on a water slide, and on a banana boat ride, of which we enjoyed the last two the most.

The housekeeper picked us up right on time, and we had a wonderful and enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Snorkeling and banana boating were both first-time experiences for me, and they were fun and special. I paid extra for scuba diving, and the instructors guided me well and took great photos and videos. However, it was a bit disappointing that I had to pay an additional fee to get the photos and videos on a USB. After the water activities, we rested on the island, and the provided lunch was decent!
