Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en el paseo en globo y en la propiedad. También nos dieron una especie de Certificado de Participación. Todo el proceso fue fluido y bien planificado. La Sra. Jayanti nos llevó desde la recepción hasta el punto de actividad, es muy humilde y alegre. Muy recomendable. Aunque no pudimos ver la puesta de sol y los volcanes desde la cima, aún así lo recomendamos.

It was a fantastic experience! Very safe and enjoyable! Lucky that we could make it as the weather was not too windy. Highly recommended! Warm reminder of heavy traffic congestion to be there.

We booked this as one of our honeymoon activities. I was a bit hesitant as I saw many reviews from others who didn't have a good experience, but we were able to experience it! It was amazing, even though the gap between the hot air and passengers was a bit concerning. It was great overall and a good experience, and we also enjoyed an afternoon tea after the balloon ride and each received certificates.

Pengalaman yang luar biasa di Bali. Kami tiba di sana jam 5 sore. Staf di sana sangat ramah. Pemandangannya luar biasa di langit. Mereka juga memiliki fotografer untuk membantu mengambil banyak foto yang bagus. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk dikunjungi.

Pelayanan pelanggan dan keramahan di Tanah Gajah ini sangat luar biasa. Saya mendapatkan pemandangan 360 derajat yang indah dan menikmati makan malam 3 hidangan terbaik setelahnya! Semoga saya bisa menginap di Tanah Gajah lagi saat berkunjung ke Bali nanti :)

This experience was amazing! But do note that the hot air balloon will go up 30m so those who are afraid of heights, be careful! Redemption was easy and the staffs were all really friendly! Just note to go earlier as there’ll be a queue for the balloon and if you are one of those at the back of the queue, it’ll be pretty dark by the time you are up. Oh, it also comes with one free photo by their photographer and you can buy more photos if you like! 😊 Dinner was really good too and the chef is a Singaporean! 😊

Birthday surprise for hubby and he loved it. Come early to enjoy the grounds and ambiance. Also love the treats plus the tea and coffee. Staff are all friendly. Highly recommended for those afraid of heights because the hot air balloon is pretty safe due to the ropes that hold it. We also got a certificate and a cute elephant stuff toy as souvenir hehe
