Tóquio: Monte Fuji, Parque Arakurayama Sengen, Parque Oishi, Oshino Hakkai

For seniors traveling independently, bus tours are ideal – you can sleep on the bus and take photos when you get off. We booked a Chinese tour, but it turned out to be an English one. However, the experience was still wonderful, even though the seniors and children couldn't understand the commentary. Our friendly tour guide, Omar, took great care of every group member and enthusiastically greeted and chatted with the children! The guide was diligent, his commentary on the bus was relaxed and natural, and he kindly helped us find specific souvenirs! At Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba, you can also pay 2000 yen to rent a kimono for photos, and the children looked absolutely adorable in them.

We came in September and took this chance to do at least a tour to see Mt Fuji but; unfortunately, she did not show. It was still a pleasant tour visiting a shrine, a billage of old japanese dwellings and the lunch tasted so good!!! Our tourist guide Mitch was very friendly, and such a great host! Our bus driver was a very good driver,smooth sailing! The other tour guide, Yo was a good complement to Mitch to help assis her in the process

First of all, thank you to the Korean guide who showed us around Lake Kawaguchiko~~. I don't know if you're aware, but it's not easy to see Mount Fuji in the summer. If you search for "Mount Fuji Live" on YouTube, you can see if Mount Fuji is visible at the moment. I watched Mount Fuji Live for a week before my trip, and it never appeared, haha. So, I went without any expectations of seeing Mount Fuji from the start. Although Mount Fuji wasn't visible, I saw natural landscapes that you can't see in Tokyo, beautiful lakes, and what I'd call a rural, nostalgic vibe, haha. It felt similar to visiting Kyoto as a day trip from Osaka. Even if Mount Fuji isn't visible, I feel like I had a very healing experience. If you really want to see Mount Fuji, they say spring or autumn is the best time. I recommend looking up lunch options in advance. Tourist prices don't always correlate with taste, haha... If you're not choosing a tour because you don't speak Japanese, definitely request a Korean-speaking guide. Our lovely guide kindly explained Japanese culture (myths related to Mount Fuji), shrine etiquette, the difference between temples and shrines, and more at each location. Bus tours are probably much more convenient than going on your own (convenience + cost). If you plan to take a tour, booking accommodation near Shinjuku is also a great tip!

My second time with Yuki (tour guide) and her company is highly recommended. Yuki is very accommodating to all our questions and even went out of her way helping a family of tourists in carrying their baby around while parents are getting the stroller at the bus’ compartment. Also, she speaks good English, easy to understand. Additionally, lunch meals are also recommended to avail, beef steak really tastes good. Kudos to Yuki for this trip! More power to your company.

We had a great trip, but there were a few remarks: for the boarding location we had chosen, we were informed after booking that the time had changed, which later turned out not to be true. Also, the microphone on the bus was of poor quality, making it difficult for me to understand parts of the guide's commentary (and I already had trouble understanding her in English). Furthermore, we were very lucky that there was little cloud cover around Mount Fuji, allowing us to take beautiful photos.

富士山は息をのむほど美しく、オマールは素晴らしいガイドでした！ドライバーの方々がすべての立ち寄り場所に時間通りに到着できるよう手配してくださり、全体的に最初から最後まで非常にスムーズな体験でした！妻と私は富士山とその多くの町、湖、村を一生かけて探索することもできましたが、このツアーは最高の見どころを巡る素晴らしい方法でした！東京を訪れる方にはぜひお勧めします！

We had a perfect day and the view of Mt.Fuji was clear. November is a great time of year to visit as the weather was amazing! Omar was a great guide throughout the day. We would recommend it for those who want time away from busy city life.

Great price and the guide Owada-san brought us to some of the best spots to enjoy the views of Mt. Fuji.

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine großartige Zeit. Wir können die Tour nach Kawaguchiko auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wenn Sie mehrere Orte sehen möchten, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schwer zu erreichen sind, ist dies der richtige Weg. Unsere Reiseleiterin Mitsu-San sprach unglaublich gutes Englisch. Sie war so, so, so nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren auch überrascht von der Spontaneität des Restaurants – da wir Veganer sind, hatten wir nicht erwartet, etwas essen zu können. Aber der Koch hat uns ein leckeres veganes Essen zubereitet. Vielen Dank nochmals! Außerdem war das Wetter großartig, so dass wir den Berg Fuji in seiner ganzen Pracht sehen konnten. Perfekter Tag!

Our tour guide, Eric (Xiao Zhang), was very enthusiastic and answered all our questions! He was very passionate and switched between Chinese and English effortlessly. Even though there were only 5 Chinese speakers in our group, he made sure to provide special explanations and additional information for us. The West Lake Reagan Farm is truly beautiful!
