The entire package was worth the money. I totally recommend this trip. Special thanks to our tour guide 'K' for getting our coat back. The stay was excellent too. The stay was so comfortable that we wished we had stayed longer.

The tour guide was very attentive. After we rented our ski equipment, he made sure everyone was present before we departed for the ski resort. This trip did not include lessons, so we had to pay extra for a ski instructor at the resort, but the tour guide helped us with the arrangements. He also assisted with checking into the resort hotel. On the first day, after skiing until 4 PM and returning our snowboards, the tour guide handed us our room cards directly. The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, and an arcade, so we weren't bored at all in the evening. On the second day, after checking out, we could rent a locker at the hotel to store our luggage, then pick up our lift passes and rent snow sleds from the tour guide. The two-day, one-night itinerary went very smoothly. A reminder: it's a good idea to prepare 2-4 ₩500 coins for locker rental.

Our first ski trip! 2-day, 1-night ski package. We chose the pickup point at Hotel The Designers Dongdaemun. Mr. K is a good and responsible tour guide. (5 stars for him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Everything was well communicated for pickup, drop-off, and he was even there for me when I had an issue with my baggage storage on the second day (after hotel checkout and the hotel lockers were fully occupied). It's just that the rental ski outfit designs were a bit ugly. 🫤🫤 SONO SKI PARK is good… the kids and I enjoyed it and had great fun there!

I joined a 2-day, 1-night ski tour. Sponge cake was provided for breakfast. Before arriving at the ski resort, we went to the ski school to change into ski suits. You could also buy protective gear, masks, and long socks on the spot, and protective gear and helmets were available for rent at reasonable prices. Tour guides Mick and Vanessa were attentive and friendly. After about an hour and a half of group lessons upon arrival at the ski resort, free activity time was until 4:30 PM. The underground shopping street at the ski resort had a supermarket and various entertainment facilities, which were great for browsing. The hotel was within 5 minutes of the ski resort, and the room was comfortable and very spacious, also equipped with cooking utensils; however, please note that the hotel does not provide large bath towels or conditioner. On the second day, free skiing time was from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we finally disbanded in Myeongdong around 7:00 PM. The itinerary arrangement was satisfactory.

The entire trip was very well organized and convenient, from the pick-up to going to the ski school to get the ski jacket and ski pants. Ski goggles and helmet were available for additional rental if desired. A ski mask or a neck warmer long enough to cover your face would be useful (long scarves are not allowed), otherwise, you can purchase one. Ski gloves also need to be purchased if you don't have them. Wear long socks, ideally up to below your knees. Regarding attire, if you intend to ski (even for a beginner like me, I was sweaty despite only wearing thermals under the ski jacket), dress lightly. Remember sunscreen as well. We then went to Vivaldi to collect our ski boots, ski poles, and skis, and honestly, it was really hassle-free. Most items could be left on the bus, which was also very convenient. Food at the resort is quite pricey and not fantastic. I did the 2-day, 1-night ski + Ocean World package. The accommodation was amazing. We stayed in a Sono B family room, and it was huge with a fully equipped kitchen including pans, pots, and a rice cooker, a dining area, and a living room. I opted for a double bed, but you can also choose two single beds. The balcony overlooked the ski slopes, which was really nice. Just note that they only provide small towels, shampoo, and soap. No conditioner, large towels, or toothbrushes. There are more eating areas there and a small supermarket as well. I only used the sauna and jjimjilbang at Ocean World as time was a bit tight for everything, and I realized that a lot of additional costs came with playing in the park, such as life jacket rental (compulsory) and towel rental. The jjimjilbang requires a rental for the outfit and towel, which is about 3,000 won per person. Otherwise, it was a really great experience!

The customer service was very patient in answering my questions about the desired plan. On the day of my visit, SA staff gave me the tickets. Although it was a self-guided package, they tried their best to assist with any on-site issues. It's excellent value for money, and the accommodation plus tickets were super convenient. I had a very happy and enjoyable time. The room was clean and had everything needed, and there were many dining options. There's even a supermarket inside where you can buy daily necessities. I sincerely recommend this self-guided package to those with children who don't want to join a tour group; it's very cost-effective, and you can just walk back to your room whenever you want to rest. I'm also very grateful to the SA staff who helped me find my phone and contacted many places for me. I will definitely come again next year!

Overall, it's very convenient, and there's even a Seoul city transfer service. However, please note that the return trip only stops at Hongdae, so you might want to consider your accommodation for the return journey. The ski resort accommodation and surrounding environment are very convenient, with Starbucks, various foods, and restaurants available, so you won't have to worry about going hungry while skiing.

Mr. K was an excellent guide throughout the trip. He kept us all entertained on the bus with his humor and made sure we were prepared for the day. At the end of the first day, when we went to the bus to collect our bags, K had already checked us into our room and made arrangements with the team for how we would get our pass for the next day. The other team members met us and were also super efficient at the ski school. Thank you to the S.A. Team. The room we stayed in was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to be so close to the ski resort!

We had a very pleasant experience with our tour lead and snowboarding instructor - Mr. K as he communicated throughout and always answered any questions promptly. We are snowboarding noobies, and we appreciate Mr. K for being extremely patient and taught us different techniques which allow us to improve and enjoyed the sport during the short span of time. Highly recommend to do 2 days at Vivaldi Park with this package/tour group and sign up for private coaching with Mr. K if you get to meet him.
