Visita Guiada à Galeria Uffizi com Ingresso Fura-Fila

This is the second guided tour in my trip in Florence. Yesterday cannot enjoy much for the Italy accented English. Today we enjoy a lot in this guided tour. Although the guide still have some accents but she has tried hard to explain to us. We learnt a lot from her in this tour on the famous paintings.

AMAZING. Mindblowing. Incredible. Tour guide knew her stuff.

Our first time in Florence. We were glad to take up this tour where you can skip all the long queues. Guide was knowledgeable but would have preferred if microphones were given so we could listen better.

The tour was delay for 30 mins due to poor arrangement on tickets, somehow they mis calculate the number of the tour..... We went in at 3:45pm and the gallery closed at 6pm, there’s not much people already and no need to skip the line. The visit was great and our guide did a good job. We enjoy the tour.

I have only given this 2 stars as the organisation with My Tours was appalling. We arrived half an hour early even though were asked to be there 15 minutes before hand. Two tour guides turned up but didn’t have our name on there device. We had to wait for the man to arrive, who turned up late. He didn’t have us booked either. Loads of commotion organising everyone. Was meant to be skip the line but it took 45 minutes to get the tickets. He took a photo of our booking details and eventually we were accepted. We used the Klook app throughout Thailand and never had an issue. once inside it was very good. The tour guide Rosie was very knowledgeable and interesting. I would suggest going to The Uffizi but use another company. Be careful though I paid and Viator accepted a booking only to cancel it later as it was fully booked. They have promised to refund me my money but I’m still waiting. So money I could have spent on holiday is making interest for Viator. Also be prepared for loads of crowds and noise. Florence is a lessen in inefficiency and disorganisation.

The main complaint I had for this activity was that it was meant to save time by skipping the line. However, we met for the event (3:15pm), and had to wait around for about half an hour before we got to go in (3:45pm). The tour guide actually got in line to buy the group tickets only after everyone has arrived. Felt like a lot of time was wasted, and one group of people actually quit the tour before we went in the museum because the timing was so delayed they couldn't meet their next obligation. The tour guide tried to keep the tour interesting after that, but after waiting in the sun for so long, my group became just too tired to focus.
