Honestly, I'm not satisfied with this tour. I do not recommend booking it. 1. The tour content and schedule listed on Klook differ from the actual schedule. 2. There is no mention of the tour company, and the contact number is a personal phone number for the tour. They will not contact you unless you ask about your schedule. 3. At pickup, the driver who arrived did not know my name or the number of people. Despite contacting them the day before to ask where to meet on the day of the tour, I received no response. I was truly anxious, unsure if I could trust that driver. 4. I was told that the hot air balloon tour was an option. I pointed out that Klook did not mention it as an option at all, and it was then no longer an option, but the fact that the person who listed it was unaware of this situation caused significant distrust. 5. I experienced an attempted theft on the cruise. When I returned to my room, a staff member was opening my bag and looking inside. I felt extremely uncomfortable and scared. The manager apologized and removed the staff member from the ship, but on the last day, despite being right in front of me, they didn't even greet me. They seemed completely indifferent. 6. Regarding the cruise room: There was a very strong chemical smell. It gave me a headache. Other Asians tried to change rooms, but there were no vacancies, so they exchanged rooms with the manager. Also, all the Asians were in the basement rooms, while Westerners were using the upper floors, which made me feel a disparity. 7. The guide was over an hour late. On the day of the Abu Simbel tour, 30 minutes after the agreed time, I contacted the tour and was told they were running late. The guide did not know the location of my ship, and there was a communication error. Then, at Abu Simbel, I was handed over to an unfamiliar guide. On the way back, due to the lateness and communication errors, other foreigners refused to tip. The driver then started driving slowly down an isolated road. I was truly terrified. The good points were seeing the beautiful scenery of Egypt and the excellent guiding by Mohamed on the last day. He explained things thoroughly, and I had a very good experience at the end.
