Passeio Noturno Local e Observação de Estrelas em Yufuin

The starry sky of Yufuin at dusk is a perfect work of art in itself. Amidst the scenery where the sky full of stars seems to pour down, that purest childhood excitement seems to return to the heart. Especially when the Milky Way clearly appears before your eyes, the shock makes you even forget to breathe. This is a precious gift from nature that is absolutely impossible to see in the city. Because of this experience, I will deeply cherish this unforgettable night in Yufuin in my heart. 🌌✨

It was the most memorable part of my Yufuin trip! The pouring stars were so enchanting, and the guide's explanations were very entertaining. I highly recommend it. I still feel a thrill when I look at the photos, haha. Best photos of my life!!!

At first, I was a little scared climbing so deep into the mountains, but the night view from the unnamed mountain was amazing. Even though it was winter, I was lucky enough to see many stars. The guide used a constellation app to show us the stars and actively took photos for us. It was a very satisfying tour.

I thought I wouldn't see many stars because of the clouds, but I was so happy to see them so clearly. Our guide was so kind and spoke Korean so well that I thought they were Korean! 🤗 I would have regretted it if I hadn't done the starlight tour.

Although it was a short time, it was a perfect stargazing tour. I believe I encountered one of the most moving moments of my life. From now on, when I think of Yufuin, I will first remember this stargazing tour.

It didn't rain in the evening. I started waiting at the station before 8:45 PM, and six travelers and I waited until 9:20 PM, but the tour guide never showed up. I used the contact number provided by Klook to find the tour guide on WhatsApp, only to be told that the weather was bad and the activity was canceled! Why weren't we informed before the waiting time began? In the past, when I joined local tours, the guide would contact travelers directly. If I hadn't contacted him this time, we would have just waited foolishly, completely wasting our precious holiday. I even took a picture of the sky at the station and could see stars. I don't understand why the tour guide said the weather was bad; it's simply unbelievable. Klook, please follow up and provide an explanation! Experience: Extremely poor. Instructor: Tour guide was irresponsible. Location: Had to return to the hotel in the dark, feeling helpless.

Our group and another group we met at the pickup location were shivering in the cold, continuously waiting for the pickup vehicle. However, no matter how long we waited, the vehicle didn't arrive, and we received no communication whatsoever. Then, by chance, we met an employee from the tour agency (a different department manager) who informed us that the tour was canceled due to snow at the observatory. If the tour was canceled in advance, shouldn't the booker have been contacted first???!!! According to that employee, they had already requested cancellation and refund from Agoda and Klook. Yet, it's incomprehensible that no contact was made with the customers. There were even young children in the other group... How will you compensate us for shivering and waiting in the strong wind and cold? What about the issues of time, energy, health, and stress? I also noticed that the reservation cancellation hadn't been processed; it still showed as confirmed, so I had to contact Klook customer service directly to get a refund.

The activity was cancelled without any notification despite good weather. Three groups of participants waited for 40 minutes at the meeting point before finding the guide, who then informed them it was cancelled due to weather issues 😡. However, the sky was so clear at the time that you could see stars from Yufu Station. Is Klook's tour asking customers to pay and then just look up at the sky from the station themselves? 😤
