From the meeting point to the end of the tour, she explained every detail and aspect clearly and thoroughly, including considerations for safety in the surrounding environment during snowy and rainy weather. She introduced us to an excellent and dedicated driver 😊. She is proficient in Chinese, English, and Japanese, explaining the daily habits of the zoo members (penguins, bears, wolves, lions, tigers, etc.) and the characteristics and origins of each attraction in all three languages 👍. Her voice is clear and bright, and her smile is sweet and charming. She is truly commendable 👍. This was the best tour guide we've ever met, Rita.

Rita is an amazing tour guide, the best I've encountered on Klook. Before the trip, she added me on LINE to remind me of important details, and during the tour, she was very attentive, carefully explaining attractions and information in both English and Chinese. She's a wonderful and fun person!

The itinerary I initially purchased was Zoo > Shirogane Blue Pond > Shirahige Falls > Ningle Terrace, for one person. Unexpectedly, the supplier changed the itinerary to Zoo > Shikisai no Oka > Ningle Terrace. Upon arriving in Japan, I was told that the route on my voucher was not being followed. During the purchase process, the supplier only provided an email address, making it impossible to communicate and confirm details in real-time. This supplier, "Shuzenji Takitei Co., Ltd.", provides poor service! I had contacted Klook multiple times before the trip, but it seemed Klook's customer service had difficulty communicating with this supplier and couldn't provide more information about them, resulting in my purchased itinerary not matching the actual one! Klook had no choice but to offer partial compensation for the loss. The attractions are beautiful, but it's crowded during peak season. Every tour guide and driver for the Asahikawa day trip was rushing, hurrying, hurrying... I couldn't fully enjoy the attractions because the journey was long and there wasn't enough time. It's a bit of a shame.
