For first-time visitors, it takes some time to find the entrance to the adjacent building, which is like an office building, so it's recommended to arrive early. The environment on-site is excellent, and snacks are provided before and after the treatment. The front desk staff noticed my boyfriend waiting outside, so they invited him in to sit and prepared tea for him. This time, I experienced the 2500 Thai Baht 60-minute facial treatment. The masseuse's pressure was very light, and the time spent massaging my shoulders and neck was longer than on my face, which made me quite confused. I also didn't know what was being done during the time before the mask application. This left me a bit puzzled, as treatments I've had in Taipei usually involve hand or shoulder/neck massages during this stage. Since my eyes were covered, I wasn't sure what the aesthetician was doing. Additionally, this Google Maps location seems to be shared by two brands, so when I initially booked, I thought Aesop products would be used. However, after the treatment, I looked closely and realized all the products were from Avene. Everyone should definitely pay attention to this! Don't be misled by Google reviews.

Had the best massage after a great holiday to top it all off. The service was great, they are very patient, attentive and so so kind. I’m always worried about massages due to my bigger body, however they made me feel so well taken care of. Would definitely reccomend this massage place in terms of convenience, service and attitude. The masseuse Tara was so patient and the massage felt great too! Do ask for her when you come. The views are truly unmatched as well. Amenities are also all taken care of and brand new.
