Buffet de frutos do mar no L7 West Lake Hanoi by Lotte - Restaurante Layered

worth it. it's cheap compared to other hotel buffet but the food options are really great. we will definitely book again ^_^

1. When purchasing on Klook, I selected the date, but the staff initially wouldn't let me in... 2. For drinks, only water and one type of juice were offered; all other options required additional payment... 3. Some seafood wasn't very fresh, and some shrimp had a mushy texture... 4. The ice cream wasn't cold enough, making it taste sickly and unpleasant, like it was already melting... 5. The made-to-order dishes had unclear signage. In the pho section, I wanted to order the same dish as the two customers before me, but I received something different.

It was delicious. The menu and variety weren't extensive since it was lunchtime, but it offered great value for money.

This hotel is located on a high floor. The view is excellent, and there's plenty of food. The staff speak very good English, so there's no need to worry.Experience:

The lighting is too dim. I need to order a drink. The lobster is not unlimited.

The overall experience was decent, but the lunch buffet didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for the price. The food selection was limited, and most of the dishes lacked that wow factor. On a brighter note, the dessert section had more variety and tasted noticeably better. Only water can be refilled unlimitedly. The restaurant is located inside a hotel next to Lotte Mall. As for the mall itself, I didn’t find it particularly impressive, aside from the Aquarium.

Initially, they said it wasn't possible. They mentioned that a company had reserved the venue. When I questioned why they hadn't canceled the reservation beforehand, they then showed me to a table. Lotte Hotel's service level is one star.

Even though there weren't many dishes, each one was clean and delicious. It's an excellent place to dine while enjoying a quiet and wonderful view.

レストランからの湖の眺めは素晴らしかったですが、料理の質はまあまあでした。大根キムチも白菜キムチも古くてとても柔らかかったです。このような品質のキムチをお客様に出すべきではありません。このレストランは二度と利用しません。
