Buffet Internacional no Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel

The dinner buffet was exceptionally great to me. Not only with substantial choices of dishes to choose from, the food quality itself was delicious in terms of appearance and taste. I really appreciate the services rendered by the cafe staff.

Klook voucher was shown at the restaurant reception and no issues were encountered. We were shown to our seats and staff took our 1 free drink's order right from the start. It was not crowded when we were there, there were more hotel guests having ala carte lunch than the buffet. Food selection was quite standard for the price but they had salmon and tuna sashimi and oysters as well which is a plus. There were various live stations as well including pho, pasta. There is a good spread of pretty dessert pastries.

Booking on Klook is very fast and convenient, so check-in was quick. However, the prices on Klook are not very attractive yet, and there aren't many discount offers. The facilities are good, and the space is relaxing. Although there aren't too many dishes, the food suits my taste. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic!

Dinner on December 26, 2025. The restaurant was decorated with a strong Christmas atmosphere. The staff were polite, and the price was good value for money. However, we encountered a group of boisterous diners who kept shouting and laughing loudly, which affected the dining experience of other guests.

I love the food selection. So fresh and spectacular seafood. The staff are always there to serve and ask for all your needs.

The lobster is amazing. The staff were fantastic. The only issue was that there was no confirmation from Klook. Several staff took photos of my phone at different times, to photograph that I had made such bookings via Klook. Unsure what went wrong but dinner at Sheraton was brilliant.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the staff are very attentive, proactively asking if you need anything. The food is excellent, with a wide variety. This time, the ladies were very happy with the buffet.
