Great experience! The driver came to pick me up from the hotel at the agreed time and, even though I had to wait for the others for 45 minutes, the organisation was smooth. The whole team put effort into making the experience unforgettable! Special shout out to the best captain we could have, Montasser, who tried his best to make us all have a great view of the sunrise and other balloons and he even gave us useful information on the historical area. The pickup for the hotel I stayed at was at 4:50 AM. Unfortunately, I ended up watching the sunrise from the ground, but it was still an amazing experience. There's always a scramble for the edges of the basket because everyone wants to stand there, haha! I saw some couples get separated into different baskets due to weight limits. Even so, it's something you simply have to experience in your lifetime. Up in the air, everyone holds their breath and flies quietly through the sky. I know this sounds a bit like a literal translation, but you seriously gotta go do this, Kudo!!! 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵 If there are people from Country C it can get loud, but if you're in a group without them, it's super fulfilling, hehe ✌🏻 Stop searching right now and just book this experience right here. I actually wanted to ride in Cappadocia, but this is way cheaper so it's all good. Also, I thought it was just a round trip by car on the day, but it turned out to be a Nile cruise round trip plus a car ride after getting off. I got to enjoy both a night cruise and a morning cruise at the same time—such a bargain! They even gave us coffee, tea, and snacks, so I totally thought they'd charge me for it, but nope, completely free. Also, since I went on May 9th, I thought it might be chilly in the morning so I wore long sleeves, but it wasn't that cold up in the air at all. Long sleeves and shorts, or thin long sleeves and thin pants are totally fine! In fact, the fire from the balloon can get pretty hot if you're downwind, so having a hat that won't blow away or a scarf is the ultimate life hack ✌️ There weren't any reviews for this activity, so I wrote a long one for you all! Japanese travelers, don't worry and go enjoy it!! You seriously gotta go, Kudo!! Oh, and if someone asks for a tip when you get off the balloon, just ignore them! They were just some random villagers... haha. An amazing experience! Oh, and DSLR cameras seem to be a no-go. Saw someone getting yelled at for it. Osmo Pocket was totally fine though. Let's go‼️

Having fallen victim to a scam on another site where the pick-up never arrived, I booked here because I saw reviews from Japanese people. While there are price differences among various balloon packages, I believe the service is largely the same. However, this company offers a reliable and safe package. That said, during our communication on WhatsApp, they mentioned a 10 USD per person optional add-on for the sunrise package. Even after declining it, we were able to see the sunrise, perhaps due to the season. Once on-site, I noticed that all operators start and end at the same time. There was an order of takeoff for the first, second, and third groups, so perhaps that speed of departure is what the option is for. The hotel pick-up went smoothly as well (the pick-up was slightly delayed, but the contact person on WhatsApp responded promptly and kept us informed). While it is easy to feel uneasy about expensive packages for visitors in Egypt, I recommend this one if you are planning in advance. The balloon experience was wonderful and lovely, and I am extremely satisfied.

Hotel-Abholung war pünktlich und der Rücktransport klappte ebenfalls bestens. Das Erlebnis selbst war fantastisch. Sicherheit hatte oberste Priorität. Die Anweisungen wurden klar verständlich gegeben. Wir sind direkt nach Sonnenaufgang abgehoben und die Aussicht von oben auf das Tal und das Dorf war einfach unglaublich.

Due to weather conditions, the hot air balloon activity could not take place. The operator was very kind and promised a refund. However, Klook's customer service initially failed to communicate properly, repeatedly emphasizing the 24-hour cancellation policy. Clearly, the balloon is a weather-dependent activity, and participants were only notified about ten hours before departure. Those who book and pay should note that refunds require confirmation from the operator and evidence must be provided to customer service. I hope the cancellation policy for this activity can be improved.

Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions, we were unable to participate in the tour. The staff at this travel agency were consistently quick to reply and communicate, and their service was extremely trustworthy. There seem to be many travel agencies offering hot air balloon tours, but I highly recommend this one for their reliable and professional service.
