The itinerary was just right, not rushed or too slow, and the group members were well taken care of. The day before the trip, they added me on WhatsApp, which was convenient for asking questions about the itinerary, and customer service responded quickly. Along the way, there were explanations of the characteristics of each town on the minibus, making it a shame to sleep through. The Pompeii guide they partnered with spoke English without an accent, so everything was very clear and informative, making the Pompeii visit more than just a quick look. It was very hot that day, and they even gave us a bottle of water before we got off the bus. After the tour ended around 4 PM, it felt like a good time to head home. We first went to the volcano, arriving around 10:00 AM. It took a total of 1.5 hours to walk to the crater and back, and the path was relatively flat and not too tiring. For lunch, there were two pizza flavor options, and before eating, we went to a limoncello shop for a tasting. Overall, the quality of this small group tour was excellent and highly recommended. They also gave us a very cute volcano and Pompeii souvenir.
