La Maison Spa & Massage Experience em Hanói

The spa was located in the basement of the Anatole Hotel Hanoi, about 50m south of Hanoi Cathedral. Although Google Maps incorrectly showed it on the opposite side of the road, it is actually in line with the cathedral. It was convenient and reassuring to be able to immediately book and confirm the date and time. When I requested a couples room during the booking, we were indeed able to receive massages in the same room. The waiting area was very small, and the treatment rooms felt more like a clean massage parlor in the city rather than a luxury spa within a hotel. It seemed to be very popular, with a constant stream of people coming and going, and there were no chairs, so that aspect felt a bit rushed. I am very satisfied with the price, the massage content, and the ease of booking.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Booked a two hour Thai massage and it was simply dreamy. The location is in a hotel, wonderful greeting, tea on arrival, move to a room where you soak your feet. I then had the massage begin and wore only the shorts they provided. The therapist was very skilled, she hit all my tight spots. 這家Grand La Maison，不是La Masion分店，別買錯了。地點在主教座堂附近，酒店正門旁的樓梯下去地庫。我們是walk in的，但前台說我們可以在klook買直接用。Foot massage很舒服，整個流程技師和前台都沒提及過小費，態度服務也很好，所以我們是主動給的。

First, the room's lighting and the starry ceiling were very relaxing. Points for improvement: 1. When the refreshments arrived, a small gnat flew out from the inside upon opening. 2. During the massage, the therapist always focused intensely on the same spot, without providing overall relief to my shoulders. When the therapist massaged my body, I felt she just wanted to finish quickly, and her support for my limbs was also somewhat insufficient, preventing true relaxation. 3. I chose to add on the exfoliation treatment, which the price list stated was 35 minutes. However, I was actually lying down for exfoliation for less than 20 minutes. The execution truly only involved applying the exfoliating product and lightly rubbing the skin, so I felt it wasn't very worthwhile and fell short of my expectations.

This place is truly the best. I’ve tried five different massage shops, but this one is by far my favorite. I plan to come back here every day for the remaining three days of my trip. The therapist is incredibly skilled, and the moment you walk in, the scent is so relaxing. The service is also excellent. You won’t regret coming here—I’ve tried everything, and I highly recommend the foot treatment and the Vietnamese massage. I know I’ll miss this place even after I return to Korea.

The foot massage was excellent. I will definitely come again next time. The entrance is down the stairs next to a hotel, so don't get lost.

As I have sensitive and thin skin, the makeup remover and oil caused a slight stinging sensation. Also, they used a suction device to remove sebum, which wasn't painful at all, but it caused bruising that took 2-3 days to heal. However, my skin became clean, so I am very satisfied. For those with sensitive or thin skin, it's essential to either schedule this for the last day of your trip or use concealer.

Enjoyed my massage - would book again. Treatment room on small size but not lacking any equipment and in all equipment and decor in good condition. Strongly advise you call to confirm which of the 2 branches your treatment will be at before booking transport - they are a 5 minute walk apart so too close for Grab drivers to accept fare but far enough apart for those from cooler climates to work up a sweat walking it (or worse get soaked and sweaty on a hot rainy day). I can say that staff at both branches are very accommodating and the service and treatment I received was excellent value for money.

Environment: Located on the lower level of a well-known hotel, it's generally clean, comfortable, and quite reassuring. Most importantly, booking on Look offers a significantly lower price than on-site. Highly recommended.

The receptionist's thoughtfulness and the treatment were better than other places. I went to a different place each of the three days, but this one was the most effective. Thank you very much.
