Incredible night with a really lovely tour guide. She took such great photos of us and made sure we all had plenty. Hot chocolate and candy was a plus. We only drove 15mins before seeing and stayed there for over an hour!

I think the tour guide's name was Nelu. He said that with experience, luck, and patience, you could see the Northern Lights. Initially, there was very little light, and some people wanted to go elsewhere, but he told us to wait another 15 minutes, and it should appear. In the end, there really was a very strong aurora, and everyone was very happy. Plus, there was delicious hot chocolate and chocolate crisps. He also helped everyone take many photos. Highly recommended!

The original booking was cancelled due to bad weather. The local supplier sent an email offering a refund or a reschedule, so we chose to reschedule. On the day of the tour, the weather was good, and we could see the aurora before we even set off. However, our mini-bus went to three different locations and didn't see anything. Everyone was so cold they hid back in the car. The driver prepared hot chocolate and chocolate bars for everyone to replenish their energy. Finally, we saw the aurora at the last spot, which was very exciting. The driver even helped everyone take photos. Unfortunately, I was busy taking pictures and didn't get a photo with the aurora myself.

時間有點短有可能很快就回來了，建議找小巴團可能會追極光追的比較勤勞，但是極光狀態不佳早早回去誰也不錯。

The tour with Haffi was absolutely recommendable. He is so knowledgeable and took us to a place where we could clearly see the Northern Lights. He also took photos of us with the Northern Lights! This tour is one of the highlights of my trip. Thanks, Haffi!

Haffi was an amazing guide. He gave us the opportunity to capture the beautiful Northern Lights and helped with taking beautiful photos.

I know Northern Lights tours depend on conditions, but this one was poorly organised. We were told to be at the bus stop for 8:45pm and waited until about 9:20 with no communication, thinking the bus wasn’t coming. The bus was small and almost full and 2 people had bags on seats they were reluctant to move which made boarding uncomfortable. We did see lights at the first stop, but there was no guidance on how to view or photograph them, which would have helped a lot. Hot chocolate and snacks were nice. We were supposed to have photos taken to be shared, but only one person had theirs taken and I can’t access the photos taken of the lights. We left a working location and saw nothing at the second stop. The host mostly focused on two guests and didn’t engage much with the group. I expected better communication and structure.
