Arrived on 2/1/2026 for the new year. Arrived early in the morning before the 10:00 AM opening time. Even though it was early, the counter was already open for check-in. Exactly at 10:00 AM, the gate opened for customers & our family was the first to enter…very smooth & easy…All rides could be used except for Swarf Wall (this was informed early during check-in)…Very satisfied to be able to play all the games…very safe for children…always supervised by Lifeguards at almost all attractions….almost all children's water rides require wearing a safety jacket…Very, very satisfied swimming here…A fun & satisfying experience. Queue time: easy for online booking Booking convenience on Klook: very easy Facilities: very comfortable Price: reasonable

Went on a Friday and there was practically no queue. We could take the rides many times. We took only 4 hours to finish the whole park. Even though it rained, the rides were still operating. Both Kraken roller coaster and pirate ship should not be missed. Ticket exchange was easy too. Go to the counter to show the QR code to exchange for bands. Bags will be checked. There are food and snacks selling inside. Big and small lockers can be rented and can be paid by credit cards. It was a good water theme park to go if you are in Desaru.

Hassel free & tickets were purchased on ground via Klook. Surely cheaper than paying direct to merchandiser. There wasn’t many crowds, probably because Tuesday is Waterpark weekly closure day, people are not aware they are opened during Singapore School Holiday?

It features thrilling water slides, a massive wave pool, and fun play areas for kids. The Lazy River is perfect for relaxation, and the park is well-maintained with good safety measures. Overall: A wonderful experience! Best visited on weekdays.

Un lugar bastante bueno si te alojas en el Hard Rock, no hay muchas atracciones y tampoco mucha espera si empiezas temprano por la mañana. El sol no era demasiado fuerte para disfrutar del parque. Lo pasé bien 🤍 no pude añadir vídeos en la reseña, también tenía algunos vídeos de atracciones, montañas rusas, surf, etc.

Un lugar agradable para pasar tiempo en familia. Bastante concurrido durante la temporada alta, hay que hacer cola para los toboganes. La desventaja es que las opciones de comida son limitadas y los precios son elevados. Esperaba que hubiera más puestos de comida abiertos para atender el gran volumen de visitantes. La mercancía es bastante limitada, no hay imanes de nevera ni llaveros para llevar, solo imanes de nevera con la foto tomada anteriormente.

This is our third visit here, and it's a great place for families. Even on weekdays, when there aren't many visitors, the food choices are plentiful and taste good. Now, the changing rooms and toilets are also clean, but they could use a bit more scrubbing. If possible, it would be helpful for the showers to have more hanging racks so our belongings don't get wet, instead of just one small hanger.

Pagi-pagi beli tiket dadakan di Klook. Jauh lebih murah daripada beli langsung di tempat. Prosesnya lancar mulai dari penukaran tiket sampai masuk. Kami sangat bersenang-senang di Adventure Waterpark. Ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk bersantai dan menghabiskan waktu bersama keluarga dan orang terkasih. Direkomendasikan!
