This Blue Grotto tour was an amazing experience! The guide was very professional and attentive, showing great respect to every group member. They were able to quickly and flexibly adjust the itinerary to suit everyone's preferences, making the entire process very smooth. We were also very lucky with the weather and timing, successfully entering the Blue Grotto and witnessing the dreamlike blue light firsthand – it was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for travelers planning to visit Capri!

Lucky break, the Blue Grotto trip was a success! The guide was polite and enthusiastic, respecting every member of the group. A worthwhile itinerary.

The tour guide was fine, but the biggest problem with this itinerary is that entering the Blue Grotto depends on the weather. On the day I joined the tour, the weather was good, but the waves were too high, so we couldn't enter. Therefore, the Blue Grotto tour was canceled, and we were forced to take a boat trip around the island, with no refund. Klook never mentioned this. For such an expensive price, all we got was a boat tour and round-trip ferry tickets to Naples. Transportation on the island was not a private car; the tour guide arranged a public bus, and the vehicle was different each time. From the pier to the chairlift, you had to pay for the chairlift to the mountaintop yourself, 14 euros per person. Then we took another bus to a spot for a short walk. Finally, we were taken back to the pier. It's definitely not worth the price, so everyone, please do not sign up for this tour.

I arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but the guide did not show up. I kept looking for the pink umbrella and asking other guide teams, but the guide still didn't appear even after the scheduled time had passed. Our family's plan for a trip to Capri that day was ruined. I sent a refund and complaint email to the Klook representative, but there was no appropriate follow-up action, such as a payment cancellation, afterward. This is the worst tour ever.

It's unreasonable if we can't enter the Blue Grotto and are not partially refunded (for the small boat portion that couldn't enter the Blue Grotto).
