Tuvimos un tiempo encantador en un crucero al atardecer de Nochevieja. El precio incluía recogida en el hotel, bebida gratis a la llegada y un aperitivo. *Comentarios para Klook* No estoy 100% seguro de que el crucero que reservamos fuera el crucero en el que fuimos, pero dicho esto, ¡nuestro crucero fue excelente! Podría ser una 'pérdida durante la interpretación', pero definitivamente pensamos que estábamos reservando un crucero diferente y después de reservar, el nombre del crucero no era visible, lo que nos dejó un poco confundidos. ¿Podría tener que ver con la codificación del sistema de reservas?

Luang Prabang offers many river cruises, but the traditional music and dance on this particular one truly set it apart. The drinks were acceptable, but the Laotian food sampler plate was excellent.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I paid extra for the cruise to include a performance, but I was told that due to it being low season, there weren't enough people for that option. However, while we were on the river, I saw another boat passing by that was indeed hosting a performance with a full boat 😭. So, essentially, I paid extra for something I didn't receive and felt a bit ripped off, especially since they were, in fact, running a performance cruise with sufficient guests. Other than that, I had an amazing time! We had many interactive experiences, such as releasing fish, writing down our burdens and wishes, and receiving a blessed bracelet. So cool!

It was very reasonable with cruise, light meal, and dance by young Lao people.

It seems the agency forgot our booking. There was no car to pick us up at the time stated in the email. We had to ask the hotel staff to call the agency to arrange a pick-up. Upon arriving at the pier, the agency told us to board another boat with a cheaper package. We were not dissatisfied with the service on the boat, but we felt that since we booked a more expensive package, we should have been on the boat corresponding to our booked package. And upon returning to the pier, there was no car to pick us up as stated in the package.
