This experience was truly terrible! Klook clearly charged significantly more than the restaurant's prices. I bought this dining package for two people through Klook for ¥30,000, but the restaurant's most expensive set menu, which can serve four to five people, only costs ¥12,480. It's obvious that I was overcharged by at least double the price, which is extremely unreasonable. I tried to complain to customer service and waited for two whole days, but neither the AI nor the human customer service provided a satisfactory response. This is incredibly disappointing. This complaint is not about the restaurant itself, but about Klook. With such unreasonable charges, I will likely never use Klook to book any packages again. Klook, please address this issue and refund the unreasonable price difference. Thank you!
