I went with my boyfriend and we both got Hanfu, Make-up and hair. The facility itself was a little hard to find, but we figured it out. Make sure ti enter the second building (its a little hidden) and go to the 6th story. Hanfu: The Hanfu was very nice and they had a good selection, even though there were less options for men. By the way, they also have kid's hanfu too. The makeup was very good and held up the whole day on someone like me, who tends to sweat a little more due to medication. They also offer extensions and wigs if you have short hair. Note, that the only colors they had wjen we went were black or very dark brown. The wig itself held very well too and was high quality. Even though i speak very little mandarin, the owners were very nice and walked us through how we should return the Hanfu. The fa ility itself is in a good environment, since its walking distance from wuhou shrine and jinli ancient street, where you van take good photos, even without the photographer option.

This was my first time doing a Hanfu photoshoot, and the experience was fantastic! The shop offered a good selection of Hanfu styles, and the makeup and styling artists were skilled and professional. The photographer was also very dedicated and professional; in addition to choosing scenic spots and props, they would guide my poses and expressions at the right moments. The resulting photos were natural and had an ancient charm, and I was amazed by the retouched final images. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Bonus points for the hairstyling! The hostess did an amazing job. She styled my hair with great care and attention to detail, and she suggested accessories and finishing touches that made the experience feel even more authentic. I really loved that. The clothes were nice as well. It was too hot to go outside, so we stayed in their small studio and had so much fun taking photos ourselves. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. It is a bit tricky to find the studio.

I went with my parents, partner, and two children aged 5 and 7. When I booked the experience about a month in advance, I mentioned we'd prefer a 9 am slot. I didn't check my phone while on holiday and missed their messages offering 8:30 am and 9 am, so they only had 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm slots left for my family of six. The makeup artists were friendly, but I found the makeup rushed and thick. We had visited Shuyanfu (dinner + makeup) a few days earlier, and in comparison, the makeup quality there was better, probably due to more staff. We could have kept the outfits for 24 hours to walk around the streets, but the temperature was 36°C, so we decided against it. The saving grace was having an indoor studio with a variety of props to take our own pictures. However, it was small for a photo studio – it felt cramped with four scenes and poor air conditioning circulation. The six of us felt like elephants in the room. I suppose it would have been a better experience with just one or two adults.
