Passeio de 1 dia por Chengdu, Dujiangyan Panda Valley, Sanxingdui e Monte Qingcheng

The tour guide was very thoughtful. Our accommodation was a bit far, outside the Third Ring Road, so they arranged for a driver to pick us up and take us to the meeting point in the morning. My husband and I, our three-year-old child, and our elderly parents went together, and children were free at all attractions. However, I must warn you that this itinerary involves a lot of walking, and it can be quite strenuous if you're not physically fit. Qingcheng Mountain in the morning was absolutely beautiful, truly deserving of its reputation as the 'most secluded mountain under heaven.' We kept walking and walking, and eventually, the elderly members stopped to rest near the summit, while we continued to the very top. After lunch, we proceeded to the Dujiangyan Irrigation System. This incredibly magnificent project was very enlightening, teaching us about the deeds of General Li Bing of the Qin State, and we greatly admired this general. The entire trip was engaging from start to finish. If you're physically capable, I highly recommend it!

Abholung pünktlich um 8:40 Uhr mit einem 7-Sitzer-Van zum Panda-Tal. Nach etwas mehr als einer Stunde Fahrt stiegen der Fahrer/Reiseleiter aus, um uns Tickets für den eigenständigen Eintritt zu besorgen. Wir konnten Riesenpandas und Rote Pandas sehen. Nach unserem Rundgang durch den Park trafen wir uns um 12 Uhr am Van. Wir wurden zu einem normalen Restaurant gebracht, um auf eigene Kosten zu Mittag zu essen. Laut Klook-Reiseplan hätten wir jedoch kostenlose Tickets für eine Gesichtswechsel-Show erhalten sollen. Das haben wir nicht bekommen, war aber kein großes Problem. Nach dem Mittagessen fuhren wir zur Yulin-Pagode + Dujiangyan, wo uns der Reiseleiter eine detaillierte Erklärung zur Geschichte usw. gab. Die Gebühr für die Rolltreppe auf den Yulin-Berg + die 3D-Show und die Straßenbahnfahrt durch Dujiangyan war nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Dies haben wir am Ende des Tages unserem Reiseleiter bezahlt. Wir hatten von etwa 16:00 Uhr bis 19:30 Uhr eine freie Zeit zum Spazierengehen in der Einkaufsstraße und zum Abendessen, um darauf zu warten, dass der Himmel dunkel wird und wir Dujiangyan mit blau beleuchteten Lichtern sehen konnten, was ihm den berühmten Namen „Blaue Tränen“ einbrachte. Gegen 21:00 Uhr waren wir zurück im Hotel. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

I just finished playing yesterday, and while the memory is still fresh, I'd like to say a few words. The Dujiangyan water flow is already quite large. Standing at Yuzui and watching the Min River split, the guide's explanation was particularly vivid, a hundred times more impressive than seeing pictures in a textbook. In the afternoon, we went to Panda Valley, and there really weren't many people. We saw several adult pandas eating bamboo outdoors, some less than five meters away. The biggest surprise was the red panda free-range area; they were strolling right by the boardwalk, and one even ran past my feet. This season is just perfect to go; it would be too hot later.

Choosing the Dujiangyan + Panda Valley day trip from Chengdu was truly a wise decision! We departed from Chengdu in the morning and arrived at the Dujiangyan scenic area in about an hour. Following the guide's explanation, we learned about the ingenious design of this thousand-year-old water conservancy project. Watching the river rush down, one can't help but admire the wisdom and diligence of the ancients. The three main structures—Yuzui (Fish Mouth Weir), Feishayan (Flying Sand Weir), and Baopingkou (Bottle-Neck Channel)—work together seamlessly to perfectly solve irrigation and flood control problems, which is truly breathtaking. For lunch, we sampled local specialties in Dujiangyan city, such as Yututou (rabbit head) and Congcongjuan (scallion rolls), both of which were delicious. In the afternoon, we headed to the Panda

The guide told stories about both sites, making history come alive. Dujiangyan’s genius and Qingcheng’s serenity—two totally different joys. Pick-up/drop-off was super convenient.

We went on May Day, and it was indeed very crowded. There was nothing we could do; we just had to bear with it since it was a holiday. The children were fascinated by the Fish Mouth and Anlan Suspension Bridge at Dujiangyan, and the guide's explanation of the story of Li Bing and his son was very vivid. The Sanxingdui Museum was incredibly impressive; the children kept asking questions about the bronze masks and the sacred tree and didn't complain of boredom at all. The day trip wasn't rushed, and the children ate a good amount of the group lunch. When we got back, they even drew golden masks. It's definitely worth taking kids there.

A very fun and comfortable tour. Being able to speak basic Putonghua is definitely an advantage. Love Dujiangyan!

This day trip with my parents was a huge success, they were extremely satisfied! Dujiangyan has a sightseeing bus, so we didn't have to walk too much, and my parents listened with great interest. For Mount Qingcheng, we chose the front mountain, where the steps are relatively gentle. We enjoyed visiting the Taoist temples and admiring the scenery along the way. The air was incredibly fresh, and my parents both said climbing wasn't tiring but rather comfortable. The tour guide was very thoughtful and took great care of us throughout the trip. The group lunch was also delicious. This trip offers excellent value for money and is perfect for a family outing!

The 3-day, 2-night trip is nicely paced. The scenery is breathtaking. I came during winter, so some lakes were dried up. I will look to come again.

Online guides suggested that Dujiangyan Panda Valley offers better value, and it's true! You can see red pandas up close, and they are incredibly cute. Sometimes you even encounter them strolling on the boardwalk. There are also relatively fewer tourists here, so it's not as crowded. We booked a small group tour for 2-8 people, which gave us more flexibility with time. The driver suggested a meeting time, and everyone was punctual. It was a very enjoyable day!
