we did the tour with May and it was a wonderful experience! the nature was beautiful and May had a lot of interesting information for us! the hike was about 10km long with a very delicious lunch after around 8km. Thank you May!

This guided tour was the highlight of my Northern Vietnam trip, me and my husband enjoyed every second of this- our Guide Chang was so cute, bubbly and gave us such beautiful insights of their village life -rice farming, indigo dying ,corn farming, everyday life. The scenery was picturesque and breathtaking, so soothing and refreshing. The hike was not easy because it was a long hike , but not very difficult either because it was mainly descent and Chang was so helpful always . I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a more authentic experience of Vietnam and who love nature walks. The authentic Vietnamese lunch at Lao cai was basic but awesome! The added bonus was we met some wonderful people on this tour, and it was great mingling of people from different backgrounds and cultures. Thank you Chang!!! I loved this tour!

We had an amazing time exploring Lao Chai and Ta Van Village with our tour guide Su. The trek was breathtaking, with beautiful rice terraces, peaceful villages, and stunning mountain views at every turn. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire journey enjoyable and hassle-free. We especially appreciated how our guide shared stories about the local culture and way of life, making the experience even more meaningful. The pace of the trek was perfect, and we always felt well taken care of throughout the day. Thank you for giving us such a memorable adventure in Sapa. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Lao Chai and Ta Van Village!

This was an absolutely awesome trekking experience. Although the weather was rainy and the trails muddy, we still had a blast and enjoyed the great tour guide Dao!), the fantastic views with a thunderous WOW factor, the villages themselves, the provided lunch, etc. An experience of a lifetime.

I wasn't able to meet the tour guide at the original meeting point, but Vu called me via WhatsApp, and we met at another location. The tour is definitely worth it, as the views were truly stunning. The terrain is steep, slippery, and muddy. Be prepared to come in trekking shoes and long pants, as mud will splash up to your ankles and legs. The trek was exciting. Vu provided us with the option to choose between the easier or the more adventurous way. It was a rewarding experience after all, and meeting all the other hikers and tourists was great 👍

The scenery along the hike was truly beautiful and worth the effort. Although the trail was challenging with steep and sloping steps, it added to the adventure. This tour included a very nice homely lunch. Our tour guide spoke excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. She was very kind, well-organized, and conducted the tour at a comfortable pace without ever making us feel rushed. Overall, it was a memorable and well-guided experience.

We had one of the most awesome guides, Pang, who took care of us all the way and shared her knowledge of the villages with us. She was constantly looking out for us. The view we saw was totally worth it. Please note that the routes can be muddy and slippery, so wear appropriate shoes and bottoms to deal with it. Weather is another factor, so a suggestion would be to bring a disposable raincoat just in case. The total distance covered is around 10km.

I did the morning tour. The weather was in our favor. The view was phenomenal, more than what I'd expected. It's highly advised to wear proper footwear as you will walk through bamboo forest and fields. My guide, Hang Thi Pang, shared many interesting stories along the way. She was an awesome guide; I loved her company. I will highly recommend signing up for this. Just be aware that the total distance clocked was approximately 11km with many ups and downs. It's worth it.

I enjoyed the hike through the three villages with May, our tour guide. She was really friendly and taught us a lot about the villages and Sapa in general. I will recommend this to everyone who wants to have an authentic cultural experience while immersing themselves in nature.

Our guide May is really good! We started the tour at 8:30 AM at Sapa Stone Church, then trekked for about 3-4 hours to two villages before having lunch. We then ended at another village, which took around 30 minutes after lunch. The weather was extremely sunny and hot, so definitely bring more water. One thing to note: there are local women who will follow along and help during the trek, but they will also sell you their products afterward, and the prices are quite high. If you feel they genuinely helped you and would like to support them, remember to really negotiate the price. Overall, May was friendly and helpful; you can try the trek if you visit Sapa.
