Excursão de um dia de trekking pelas aldeias de Lao Chai e Ta Van

This is a MUST DO trek. I have no words to describe the beauty, experience and insights learnt about where the ethnic minorities live. Chinh was our tour guide who was very knowledgeable & made the experience so enjoyable. She was extremely patient, kind & all round brilliant. My husband & I were worried if we would cope with the 9km trek. Our group chose the hard route. The trek is made up of flat roads, muddy pathways with inclines & declines. It was challenging but doable. It was the most memorable experience which we will cherish for a very long time. Thanks Chinh for cheering us on throughout the most amazing trek.

Our guide Cha was great from start to finish. She gave us the option of an easy or difficult route, and our group chose the difficult route, which offered amazing views and was well worth the effort. Her English was also good and easy to understand. Cha also shared with us stories about the locals and how they live in the villages, which was a great learning experience for us. A must-do trek if you're interested in exploring the rice terraces up close and personal, not just from afar. Lunch is also provided towards the end of the trekking tour. Just be sure to wear proper trekking gear, especially a good pair of trekking shoes, for a better experience.

The 8km hike was tough, but rewarding. The view was stunning and picturesque. We hiked through forest and rice paddies to reach the Tra Village village for our lunch. We were glad we'd rented boots to keep our shoes clean.

Một trong những nơi đẹp nhất tôi từng đến trong đời! Chuyến đi bộ mệt mỏi và hơi khó khăn nhưng chắc chắn rất đáng giá. Tôi không khuyến nghị điều này cho những người không có sức khỏe tốt vì chuyến đi bộ không hề dễ dàng. Cảnh quan hoàn toàn mê hoặc. Tôi đoán điểm trừ duy nhất của chuyến đi này là người dân địa phương ép chúng tôi mua đồ của họ với giá quá cao. Một bà cụ trong làng đã bán cho tôi một chiếc ví đựng tiền xu với giá 300k mà ở thị trấn Sapa chỉ có 40k. Ngoài điều này ra, các khía cạnh khác đều hoàn hảo.

Mặc dù phải đi bộ và leo núi không ngừng, nhưng đó là một trải nghiệm mệt mỏi nhưng vui vẻ. Hướng dẫn viên của chúng tôi và những người dân làng địa phương khác đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi trong suốt chuyến đi bộ đường dài. Khung cảnh thực sự ngoạn mục. Đây là một hoạt động không thể bỏ qua khi ở Sapa. Nhưng thành thật mà nói, nếu bạn không thích bùn lầy, đi bộ đường dài lên xuống núi, thì đây không phải là dành cho bạn.

Redemption is easy, we will contact you 1 day before to wait at the hotel lobby. It was raining, which made the hike more difficult as it was muddy and slippery. From cloud hunting to the village, the view is marvelous. I would say this is not an easy hike. There are many village women who will come and help you; they speak good English and hike all the way with you. They are extremely helpful and really take care of you. As our group was very large, the tour guide couldn't take care of everyone, especially those of us who were behind. At the end of the trek, they will sell you pouches and bags, which are double the price of what the city sells, but we were willing to buy from them for their help. Highly recommended this trekking.

Trekking khoảng 11 km từ Trung tâm thị trấn Sapa đến bản. Bạn có thể ngắm nhìn cuộc sống hàng ngày của người dân địa phương, các cửa hàng lưu niệm và thưởng thức bữa trưa với các món ăn địa phương. Nên mang giày/dép phù hợp để đi bộ đường dài vì đường đi có thể trơn trượt.

New is a Hmong tour guide, pretty and knowledgeable. The trip was interesting and interactive with the village people. the paddy field is simply mesmerising

超讚的，一路上導遊會跟我們講講當地的生活風情，健行中也會有一些當地的村民在比較難走的路段牽著手帶你走路。在開始的時候，導遊還有問我們要選困難模式還是簡易模式，大家都想著既然都來了，就選困難模式，這路線真的不愧是困難模式，但是一路上的風景，真的讓人大喊一切都是值得的

It’s a nice place! A very village feel! Do prepare for lots of walking and climbing and be prepared to take photos of the stunning views! Value for money! :)
