Our guide is very helpful and friendly. Although I did not speak or read Chinese, I was able to enjoy the tour, even though translation was a hassle. This tour is not recommended for Muslims as the food is non-halal. You can try asking the tour agent to prepare halal food. Overall, the hotel provided was also good.

This was an amazing trip that visited the main sights in Northern Yunnan. There were seven people in my group in a comfortable minibus. The driver was very helpful and informative. The meals were generous and I got to try many local dishes. The hotel was excellent and located in the old town with walking streets and traditional buildings. We were treated to a traditional Tibetan breakfast at the driver's house - a very special experience of the local way of life. Thank you for a fantastic trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It is also better value than separate day trips because you see so much more.

Beautiful scenery but time was short in each place. Very rush. Driver was also the tour guide. Hotel provided in Shangrila was 4 stars,very nice with breakfast just time was short in Shangrila to explore. Package was worth it

For me, this tour is overrated as the view of Shangri-La is not as described. I only enjoyed the Tiger Leaping Gorge, and for the rest, you have to walk a lot. However, the tour guide tried his best to speak as much English as he could. If you don't understand Chinese, it's not recommended at all, as the tour guide only speaks Chinese.
