This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We visited Lake Louise, Abraham Lake, Johnston Canyon, and Marble Canyon, among other places. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. I couldn't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime. The guides are very responsible and helpful. They arranged the schedule very reasonably, which made the pace very comfortable for us. They also recommended many restaurants for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hidden spots to share so it made our photo collections even more awesome. We’d love to come back to Calgary for another adventure.

The scenery around Banff town is truly amazing. Our two-day tour with guides Tommy & William took us to many famous spots and hidden gems. We took so many photos, and the best part is that both guides are excellent at finding the perfect angles for pictures! This was a winter trip to Banff – if we have the chance to come back in the summer, we'll definitely consider Banff Journey's tours again.

This two day tour was great and u get value for your money. They are on time and the pickup location was accessible. Day 1 tour was Banff and day 2 was Jasper. They are true to their itinerary. Our guide William was awesome very hands on and a good photographer too🫶

We had a great time with Banff Journey Tour! Our guides, Tommy and William, were very good and knowledgeable. The tour itinerary was well organized and efficient. The first day was busy, taking us to many of the popular lakes, while the second day took us to the local lakes in Banff. They are very accommodating, and if you have any other questions, they are very happy to help.

I originally booked a two-day tour. A few days before departure, I received a notification that due to operational issues, it was changed to a one-day tour, and they promised a half-price refund. The next day, I received another email stating that the second day's itinerary was changed to a one-day glacier tour, and glacier activities on that day required self-payment for optional participation, so ultimately there was no refund, and an additional self-paid glacier tour was added. Day one itinerary: Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Banff Town. Day two itinerary: Columbia Icefield (self-paid for Skywalk and Ice Explorer; if not participating, one would have to wait about three hours on site), Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier. The tour guide provided simple explanations for both days' itineraries; however, the fact that the itinerary was first canceled and then changed without any refund or compensation left a bad impression.

Our entire family took a two-day Banff tour (departing from Calgary) this time. Both tour guides (Christ and D) were incredibly kind, provided detailed explanations, and were happy to offer information. The itinerary was well-paced and rich in experiences. The vehicle, accommodating over ten people, was very comfortable and stable. We are extremely satisfied!

Great 2-day tour covering most of the beautiful sights in Banff. Definitely worth joining the tour.

Our tour guide, William, was fantastic! He's great at taking photos and even shared some private spots. He also created a wonderful atmosphere, making the whole trip even better! He can communicate in both English and Chinese, so I highly recommend this entire tour!

The tour guide made flexible adjustments to the itinerary based on the travelers' needs, and there was ample time at each stop. The overall experience was very comfortable and highly recommended.
