Excursão de um dia ao Lago Louise, Lago Moraine, Johnston Canyon e cidade de Banff

I had a wonderful time with this tour. Our tour guide/driver, Curtis was also great and very positive. We had a perfect weather during our tour and luckily on time at each destination. My only suggestion is to add more time for the Jonhston Canyon. One hour is not enough to hike/walk to the Upper Falls. Nevertheless, I can recommend this tour!

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

The day tour to Banff was awesome. Thanks to our experienced and friendly tour guide, Dicky. We had a great time exploring the beautiful scenery and taking lots of gorgeous photos. The itinerary was well planned. Overall, this tour is value for money.

Dorothy de Banff Journey m'a envoyé un courriel la veille de la visite, m'informant qu'ils annulaient la visite du canyon Johnston en raison d'un nombre insuffisant de touristes. Au lieu de cela, ils ont proposé une visite alternative, remplaçant le canyon Johnston par des visites au lac Emerald et au pont Naturel. L'itinéraire révisé comprenait des arrêts au lac Louise (1 heure), au lac Moraine (1 heure), à la station de ski de Lake Louise (1 heure/déjeuner), au lac Emerald (30 minutes) et au pont Naturel (15 minutes). Notre guide, Tom, était sympathique et a fourni de brèves descriptions des lieux que nous avons visités. De plus, il y avait un pourboire obligatoire de 12 $ par personne.

Esta es nuestra segunda visita a Banff, y la disfrutamos aún más esta vez. Nuestro guía Tony fue muy complaciente y esperó pacientemente a los miembros de nuestro tour que faltaban. Fue muy informativo y ofreció consejos sobre los mejores lugares para tomar fotografías. Definitivamente regresaremos y lo elegiremos de nuevo. ¡Hasta pronto, Tony! ¡Tienes un trabajo genial! 🌟

It was a fantastic experience even for a solo traveler like me. Chris was an excellent guide. Very small group which was awesome. We covered a lot, even those which are not in the itinerary.

The driver arrived on time and contacted me via WhatsApp beforehand to let me know exactly where he would be meeting us. The bus was immaculate and the driver was extremely good. I would 100% use them again.

The tour guide was very thoughtful and interesting! They were fluent in both Chinese and English, and their driving was so smooth you could fall asleep! ❣️ They also introduced many attractions along the way, and we arrived at every stop right on time. On the way back, they even went out of their way to drop me off at my hostel!!! Super great~ (I carelessly forgot my charging cable, and the guide saved me! I was so touched 🥺)

The tour guide was very kind, humorous, and fluent in both Chinese and English. Their professional knowledge was extensive; they could even explain in detail why the lakes in the Rocky Mountains are so blue. Thanks again for arranging the trip – it was very enjoyable!

The tour guide and driver were excellent! The private spots were absolutely worth it 😍 The explanations were very clear, and they took great care of all the participants. I highly recommend this itinerary to everyone!
