It was great, and I would recommend it to everyone. The entire process was well-planned, and the reception staff and driver were excellent. The ski resort itself isn't very large, so it's suitable for families with children or beginners like us. My son had a fantastic time skiing all day, and my daughter, who couldn't ski, also enjoyed the children's play area, sledding, and building snowmen, playing all day long. The only minor drawback was the lack of English-speaking instructors; if you wanted lessons, they were only available in Japanese. Luckily, I was able to teach the kids some basic techniques. Overall, I give it full marks.

An excellent experience, and all meeting points were very easy to find. The bus driver was very attentive, making sure all passengers were present before departing every time we got on and off. On one occasion, a group of Taiwanese tourists got off at the wrong stop, and the driver went out of his way to find them before continuing the journey. Redeeming the physical tickets was also very easy.

Booking through Klook is cheaper than booking itineraries directly on Japanese websites. This ski resort is not very large, making it very great for beginners learning to ski. The all-inclusive package with ski equipment rental and lift tickets is very convenient.

El paquete incluye descuentos para el alquiler de esquís/tablas y ropa. También tendrá tiempo suficiente para una clase de medio día a su llegada. Tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, hay una parada de descanso. Muy organizado.
