Overall experience was good. It was pretty straightforward. The guide only spoke Japanese, but we somehow got cues on the expected time to be back on the bus. The driver spoke English, so that was good. There was one stopover to and from the park, an hour before reaching the destination. The allotted time was adequate. The advised time for leaving the meeting place to go to the park was 7:20 AM, but we actually started moving from where the bus was parked late (around 8 AM). There are a few open restaurants as early as 7 AM (McDonald's included) near the meeting place.

Overall, the experience was great. The tour was well-coordinated and organized, and the discounted ski rental was definitely a plus. A must-visit snow park.

The pick-up point is in the basement. We started walking in a line to the car at 7:40. Overall, the service was very good, though the guide didn't speak English at all, which was understandable. It was a great one-day ski trip. Highly recommended.

Sehr gute lokale Tour mit 2 Fahrern. Es war eine 2-stündige Fahrt dorthin und problemlos mit dieser Tour. Sie haben sogar auf jeder Strecke eine Toilettenpause eingelegt.

So bequem. Auf dem Weg zum Skigebiet hält der Bus für etwa 20 Minuten für eine Toilettenpause und kommt gegen 9 Uhr morgens an.

A very large ski resort with soft, fluffy snow. Impressive! There's also a very large restaurant with a wide variety of food options. You even get free milk. Highly recommended!

The tour guide doesn't speak English. She should know basic English for better understanding. We enjoyed the place and activities.

This trip is highly recommended if you want to try the ski resort. The instructions in English are clear, even though the guide did not speak English. I was able to understand the instructions as they provide written instructions in English. There's a gondola ride available, but it's not included in the ticket. It's a must-try to see the view.

I hope next time the staff at the lift can be nicer and more helpful. It is not very clear who can and cannot ride the lifts. We visited the place to admire the beauty, even though we didn't really plan to ski. I felt unwelcome by his attitude, and he seemed to make fun of my family. I will not recommend this.
