Der Treffpunkt war leicht zu finden, indem man den Anweisungen folgte. Der Reiseleiter war nett und freundlich! Der Berg Rigi war einfach nur fantastisch, ich liebe die Aussicht dort. So beruhigend, ich liebe es! Würde es empfehlen und wieder buchen.

The itinerary was changed to the Golden Ring tour of Picartus Mountain. The guide was very gentle and kind, and the trip was perfect!

The exchange location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. I ended up paying extra to change the location to Mount Titlis, and the staff allowed me to change it at any time! I will use Klook again next time.

The weather was excellent, offering clear views of the Alps and the Zurich plain in Switzerland. There were two guides, a man and a woman, for this semi-independent tour. Both guides were proficient in English and Spanish, providing bilingual commentary throughout the journey.

The scenery of Mount Rigi is exceptionally beautiful. We were lucky to have such good weather, allowing us to see the entire landscape, including the surrounding plains and lakes. The tour guide was very professional and experienced in their explanations.

It was a fantastic journey. Although it was quite foggy in the morning, it gradually cleared up, so there were no issues with the itinerary. It was great to have the option to walk down Mount Rigi by myself, experiencing the trail, instead of taking the train. While we took the gondola and train up, the program is excellent because we could take a ferry back to Lucerne with a generous schedule. If you are staying in Zurich, I highly recommend it.

I found purchasing tickets in Switzerland confusing and difficult, so having a package was very helpful.

The guide was incredibly kind. Although I had to explore on my own apart from the round-trip transfers, I actually enjoyed the freedom it gave my trip.

The guide left clear enough instructions, but it might be a little boring once you get up on Mount Rigi since there's not much to do there. Overall, it was a great experience.
