The one-way experience time is not long, making it suitable for a half-day itinerary. There are simple restrooms on-site for changing clothes 👌 👕Recommended attire: Long sleeves (for sun protection + mosquito repellent) Shorts (will definitely get wet) Hat (it's really sunny) Remember to bring a change of clothes 🗣Language: English/Japanese are available, but communicating with gestures is also perfectly fine. 👉My 63-year-old dad completed it successfully too 🤣 P.S. The coach was excellent! We were first-timers trying SUP and picked it up right away. Their English was also very fluent, making communication smooth! Highly recommend this experience.

とても楽しくて勉強になるツアーでした！景色は素晴らしく、マングローブを間近で見ることができてとても感動しました！ツアーガイドの方々はとても親切で助かりました。私とパートナーは日本語を話せるので助かりましたが、日本語を話せない方々にも英語で一生懸命説明してくれました。写真やビデオも撮ってくれて、ツアー後にはシャワーを浴びるオプションもあり、泥水の中でカヤックを漕ぐと汚れやすい（そして汗をかきやすい）ので、これはとても良いサービスです。絶対におすすめします！

It was wonderful. The decor is beautiful and calm. A real change of scenery. Our guide was Jun Satou and he was exceptional! He gave us a lot of explanations and was super kind and pleasant!
