This is my first trip to Ishigaki. There are many tours in Ishigaki, and I'm so glad I chose this one after much deliberation. All the guides are incredibly kind and wonderful people. Especially the Yume team, they made it such a satisfying trip. Thank you for creating such a big memory in my life. A big thank you to Yume. And she resembles a beautiful famous Korean actress. I had such a wonderful snorkeling experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Seita-san. What impressed me most was how genuinely he cared about every single person in our group. We had families with children, couples, and solo travelers from different countries, but Seita-san made sure no one was ever left out. He paid attention to thr group and each individual, adjusting the way he helped depending on what we needed. He was especially wonderful with the children and those who seemed to be snorkeling for the first time. He was patient, attentive, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water. He was also very humble about his English, but he communicated really well and his pronounciation was one of the best I've heard. But, I was especially touched by how much effort he put into taking great photos for everyone. You can really feel that Seita-san genuinely cares about the people he guides. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

We joined a snorkeling tour in Iriomote Island, and our guide, Shogo, took us by boat to a nearby snorkeling spot. He enthusiastically took photos for everyone throughout the activity. After the activity, the shop mentioned that there were shower facilities available for showering and changing clothes.

I had a great time on this trip, and our tour guide, Kaji, was very thoughtful. He took us to many beautiful coral reefs and helped us take lots of photos. We also visited Barasu Island. The weather in Ishigaki was wonderful, and the photos we took looked like something out of a dream.

This tour is super safe where you’ll wear wetsuit and life jacket, which makes it impossible to drown, there’s also a huge bouy for you to hold on when you’re on the sea. It is also very beginner friendly where the guide explains how the use the snorkeling equipment thoroughly, kudos to the guide Taro👍 water is super clear!

Among all the companies we've asked so far, this one was top-class. We asked to see sea turtles, and they wonderfully found them for us. Thank you very much.

The experience was cancelled due to a tsunami alert, but the guides offered us alternative activities and I had a very good day despite the cancellation, thank you very much!

I was accompanied by an incredibly kind guide. They spoke English well, so there were no communication issues. They were a friendly and cheerful person. However, I didn't get to see any turtles ㅠㅠ. I would like to use this company's tour again next time. Thank you.
