Cruzeiro Velar of The Seas 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

This was one of the best experiences we had. Right from pickup to drop everything was so professional. The ambience and beauty of the ship was amazing. The rooms were so spacious and comfy. The food was the best we have had on our trip. The staff were very sweet and hard working. Overall we are so happy, we chose velar of the seas and we will continue to do the same during our next visit to Vietnam

We had a really great time on our Cruise. Special Thanks to Dolphin who was managing things from the backend with regards to proactively reaching out for room upgrade, arranging seamless hotel transfers and a special mention to her for making the arrangements for our Honeymoon suite. clubbed with that Tommy onboard was of incredible help as well and the atmosphere on the cruise was really Peaceful something which we were looking for.

This is really an enjoyable trip. All the staff are friendly, especially James. The room is clean. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and they gave us a surprise. Highly recommended to take Velar of the Seas.

This tour route is new and has a lot of potential. It's best suited for tourists who just want to relax and enjoy the view, compared to other routes that offer entertainment and several cave stops. The room is exceptional! The menu and activities inside the boat could be improved, but we loved the bamboo boat ride! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience on the cruise, with everything being well-organized and seamless. The pickup and drop-off service from our hotel was excellent and went smoothly, adding to the overall convenience. The staff were attentive and ensured all our needs were met throughout the trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thoughtful touch was how they inquired about food allergies beforehand and arranged meals accordingly, which was impressive. The activities, including kayaking and bamboo boat rides, were enjoyable, and the views from the cruise were stunning. However, one observation was that the itinerary mentioned kayaking as part of the morning session on the second day, but this activity, along with the bamboo boat ride, was actually scheduled on the first day. The second morning was reserved for sightseeing. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience, and we are grateful for such excellent service!

We had an excellent experience with Aaron Operator from SSTravel for our Velar of the Seas 2D1N Cruise. From start to finish, everything was seamless—pickup was on time, the coordination going to the cruise was smooth, and the drop-off was just as hassle-free. What stood out the most was how organized and stress-free the entire process was. We didn’t have to worry about anything, which really allowed us to fully enjoy the trip. Communication was clear, and everything went exactly as planned. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and well-managed travel experience. Will definitely book again!

非常棒的体验，在小岛间的游船上度过了一晚。就像电影里看到的一样。后勤管理得很好，房间干净，船员也很乐于助人。安排了很多活动，但考虑到海水水质，很少有人愿意下海游泳。

Sehr guter Service, große Auswahl am Buffet. Der Servicemitarbeiter Tommy ist sehr freundlich. Tolle Kommunikation und Anweisungen von Vinni an alle Gäste. Ich hoffe, es gibt mehr Aktivitäten am Abend und zusätzliche Höhlentouren.
