【Tour Privado】Viagem de 3-4 dias a Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Dujiangyan e Base de Pesquisa de Pandas

This time, I booked a private tour for my parents-in-law, wife, and children. In mid-April, Huanglong still had snow, but the scenery was stunning. We also arranged a travel photoshoot in Jiuzhaigou, which was a fantastic experience! There are shuttle buses in the scenic area, so if the elderly can't walk much, they can take the shuttle bus and cable car. The 5-star hotel is at the entrance of the valley, and the rooms have humidifiers and oxygen supply. The biggest advantage of a private tour is that you set your own pace; if the elderly get tired, they can rest. The driver and tour leader provided excellent service. After three days, my father-in-law said several times, "It was well worth it," and the immersive experience was superb. If your budget allows, don't hesitate to book this for your family.

Finally, my dream of visiting Jiuzhaigou came true! The itinerary wasn't rushed, and there was ample time to take photos and admire the scenery at each spot. The water in Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful beyond words. Huanglong's altitude isn't too high, so walking slowly was perfectly fine. The travel photography was such a pleasant surprise; the photographer found the best angles and even guided our poses. The hot pot tasted incredibly authentic with fresh ingredients, and the afternoon tea desserts made the trip extra enjoyable. I highly recommend it to all friends who want to visit Jiuzhaigou!

The travel agency staff responded quickly, and the itinerary was well-arranged, which made us feel at ease. We had some minor issues with the driver during the trip, but after reporting them to our butler Liangliang, they were resolved quickly and sincerely. This is a trustworthy travel agency! This time, I traveled with my mother, and we both had a pleasant and enjoyable time. If I visit Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou again with other family members or friends, I will definitely choose this private tour package again!

A family group, the itinerary is relatively more flexible, and the service is good. The driver is an old hand from Western Sichuan, very enthusiastic, and picks us up on time every day. We could also communicate well to satisfy our impromptu requests to visit certain places, so we give him a good review. The Tibetan family dinner was not a production line; the host was very welcoming, and the yak hotpot and barley cakes were authentic. The hotel was also very good.

The customised tour is well organised by our travel planners Xiao Jing (小景) and Liang Liang (亮亮）with sufficient time to explore the scenic sites. The selected hotels are clean  and comfortable. All site seeing tickets were sent to us a day prior to the entry with information to navigate the scenic areas. Our assigned driver Xiao Zhang (张志刚师傅) is friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our travelling time. He is meticulous, attention to details, and ensuring we are safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Xiao Zhang has deep knowledge of the Chuan Xi area, sharing the history, tips, and recommendations along the way which is extremely helpful. He was also able to recommend delicious local cuisine. We had an enjoyable time together and were grateful to have  Xiao Zhang as our driver, his service is exceptionally. We highly recommend this tour and Xiao Zhang.

The three-day trip to Jiuzhaigou with my parents was a great success, they were happy throughout! The pace of the itinerary was relaxed, perfect for seniors. My parents raved about the beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou, the landscapes of Huanglong were like a fairy tale, and Dujiangyan allowed them to appreciate the wisdom of the ancients. The travel photography captured wonderful family moments, the hot pot was light and nourishing, perfectly suiting the taste of the elders, and the afternoon tea was also exquisite. There was no shopping throughout the trip, making it super hassle-free!

The entire itinerary was very well arranged. The butler was highly flexible, cooperative, and responded quickly. The driver of the seven-seater car was polite and took great care of everyone, even specially helping us book tickets for the Romance Park show. The hotel arranged by the travel agency was high-end. We will definitely book with Klook again for our next trip.

The long travel time was quite tiring! Everything else was good.

The hotel accommodation and the driver for the pick-up vehicle were both fine. The problem was with the butler's itinerary adjustments! On the first day, the high-speed rail tickets for the itinerary were only booked for after 2 PM, which was 2 hours later than the original departure time! The driver took us horseback riding, but could only follow the itinerary, and the ranch for horseback riding closed after 6 PM, so we completely missed the first itinerary item. But the most disappointing thing was that the butler only informed us when sending the itinerary the day before departure. Weren't high-speed rail tickets available for purchase two weeks in advance? If tickets for the scheduled time couldn't be bought, shouldn't they have informed us to discuss remedial measures? Is it responsible to now say that if the itinerary cannot be completed, they will issue a refund? Furthermore, there has been no follow-up on how much will be refunded or when. Did Klook have an issue when selecting its contractors? I need an explanation! If it weren't for other aspects being more satisfactory, the rating would be even lower!
