O que esperar
Perto da Torre Galata, aprenda o ritual completo do café turco, do grão à xícara. Selecione seus grãos de café e moa-os à mão em um moedor tradicional. Em seguida, prepare seu café lentamente em areia quente em um cezve de cobre, observando a espuma subir na medida certa.
Depois de saborear seu café, feche a xícara e aprenda a leitura da sorte turca. Seu instrutor ensina como ler os símbolos e padrões, uma tradição divertida que faz parte da cultura turca há séculos.
Os instrutores o guiam em turco, inglês ou russo. Chá turco fresco e delícias turcas são servidos durante todo o tempo. Você também provará o café Menengiç sem cafeína, uma bebida turca única e com sabor de nozes.
Leve para casa seu conjunto de café feito à mão, pacote de café e livreto de receitas. Sessões diárias das 08:00 às 23:00. Todas as idades são bem-vindas. Grupos de até 250 pessoas.

We arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and were served Turkish tea while waiting, which was such a nice touch. To our surprise, it ended up being just the 2 of us in the workshop! It felt like a private, relaxed session. Shout out to Rustam for patiently answering all our questions (we had many lol), while Hussein also joined us. Although it was meant to be 2 hours, we stayed almost 2.5 hours because we were having so much fun. We learned about Turkish coffee history, ground the beans ourselves, tried pistachio coffee (so good I bought some to bring home!), and even enjoyed the fortune-telling session. We also received a small souvenir, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience in Istanbul! PS: Rustam, don’t overwork yourself! ⭐️
Ilham was a great and engaging teacher! We made a cup of Turkish coffee and learned how to read the coffee grounds — such a fun and unique experience. At the end, we even got a small bag of coffee and a cup as a gift. Highly recommended!
super enriching experience. facilitator spoke clear English and was very welcoming. the session had its own quaint charm to it and the location was easy to access. Extra brownie points for the souvenirs they provided

Overall, it was a great experience. We learned about the associated techniques and history. Our host, David, is a wonderful and very skilled person. It was a value-for-money experience and a must-try activity.

Ahmet was our instructor and he is very friendly and knowledgeable about Turkish coffee. There were no others booking the same slot as us so we basically had a private session and nice chit chat with him.

I had such a great time at the Turkish coffee class! Aziz made everything super easy to understand and shared so many cool tips and stories about the history behind it. It felt more like hanging out with a friend who’s really good at coffee. I loved how hands-on it was, and now I feel confident making my own Turkish coffee at home. Definitely recommend if you’re into coffee or just want to try something new and fun!!
